He provided a driver to take me to work and to pick me up afterwards. The car was ready and the written report was given to me. Greg as usual was thorough, efficient and reassuring. This was the first new car we have bought in 10 years and we were very happy with the customer service we received. Brett Jones is the associate that provided that service. Brett was very clear, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He even followed up with us a few days later to see how we liked the car and let us know he was available to answer any questions about the the cars technology.

The only problem I had they promise to look at my car on Monday, I called and was told that it would be after lunch then i get a call they can?t look at it until Tuesday. I would rather you told me up front that it may take two days

I live in Florida and was tasked with helping my Mom in NC buy a VW Taos. Searching the web I found the exact car she was looking for at VW Marietta. I called and spoke with Denzel.
