There was absolutely NO pressure from him...he took his time with us and answered all of our questions. There is nothing worse than looking for a new car, going into a car dealership and feeling the intense pressure from the sales representative, and there was none of that. I purchased a Volkswagen at another dealership as I was unable to locate the vehicle I wanted at this dealership. I was not l treated differently or given any dirty looks. Flo was my service writer and she was very respectful and help me with the situation that thankfully was covered under warranty. She was very knowledgeable and treated me really nice and just for the respect on the knowledge gives me more of a reason to continue to go back to Volkswagen nanuet

My mom wanted to purchase her first ever car, but was extremely anxious & nervous about the process. Greg made all her anxiety & nervousness disappear. I had a problem with my 13" Passat, Drivers window switch. We were visiting friends in the area ,Gesinger Volkswagen was rite there, I gave a call to the service clerk. Said I was close he said Sure stop by.I came we spoke briefly on what issue was, told there was a waiting room,drinks if I wanted.I just rommed the place Looking at some of the old VW Bugs they have on the sales Floor.Before I knew it my car was done the Mechanic came out to explain what the problem was & with a smile, Any questions. I said none.Something the other Dealers Don't do they have the service written do !( Only thing small Dealer No car wash with service )
