My husband Larry Kutz and myself Janice Minton-Kutz had a wonderful experience purchasing our new 2022 Taos. Thanks to Bogdan Strudzinski, Lameshia Rogers and Sean Pelkey we took delivery in March 2022. We had owned a 2015 VW Passat which I loved but unfortunately it didn't survive a crash on 12/13/21. Luckily, thanks to this sturdy car--I did. The car buying experience is made family friendly thanks to the kind and understanding staff at City VW in Highland. Am recommending them to all my friends. The service department is also second to none and they even wash your car after each service!

I brought my VW Golf in for service with an appointment. Despite being backed up, the technician greeted me and asked for a few minutes. Once he got back, check-in was quick and friendly. The recall work took longer than initially expected, but the team kept me informed. The work was still completed same day. This was a positive experience and I will return the next time my auto needs service.

When Anthony (owner), Brendan (sales), and Alex (finance) say they want their customers to love the car they’re in, it’s not just dealership talk—they mean it. They worked tirelessly to get me out of my 2024 Tiguan SE and into a 2025 Tiguan SEL—in blue, no less (which is nearly impossible to find). That kind of persistence and customer focus is rare in this industry. I can't imagine ever buying a car anywhere else. Highly recommend.
