I have purchased many cars over the years and each and every time I found the experience to be tedious and grueling. Today I’m so happy to be able to tell you that my current experience at Rick Case Volkswagen to say the least was more than a pleasure. Why? It was all because of my sales person Kevin. He was knowledgeable patient and friendly with me. In other words I found him to be a true professional. Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

The dealership was awesome straight forward no games that you usually get highly recommend. Chris who was our salesman was awesome so was Dick in the finance dept.

Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.

My husband was looking at options for a new or used vehicle. He loves Mazda. I definitely walked in with the expectation that this would be a painful and terrible experience. Between the manager, Geoff, and the financing guy, Francesco, we had an amazing experience. By the time we walked out, We felt like we had made friends with them. They treated us fairly, respectfully, and honestly. We will definitely return there for our next vehicle.

My Grandmother loves her new Atlas 2.0T, its also easy to get in and out of for Her and Gramps, and great mpg with the 2.0T, and power is very plenty for a tiny engine

I brought my car in for regular maintenance. I reached out to Rennie who I have known for about 5-6 years now to assist me with an appoiment. Yes, he is now the Service Manager, well deserved! Rennie has always gone above and beyond to assist me work around my work schedule. This is huge to me. I have always been accommondate. Jordan became my contact. He greeted me as soon as I walked in, friendly, prfessional and had everything ready for me. He kept me up to date while my vehicle was being serviced. This is why I have continued to stay with Gunther Volvo. Their service is the best! Thank you Jordan, greatly appreaciate all you did for me! I have heard nightmares about other dealerships from friends, my answer to them is, sorry, I don't have that problem. Thank you Rennie and Jordan for making everything so quick and easy! Love my Atlas. The feeling of safe it gives me is irreplaceable so glad I decided to go with this car it has not disappointed.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Love the size and room. Even the third row is roomy enough for 2 adults with headroom. Comfortable ride with good visibility. I’m enjoying the Atlas SE with v6 and 4 motion

This is the second time I had my Volvo serviced at Gunther Coconut Creek. Although I live much closer to another Volvo dealership, my incredibly positive experience with Jordan, my service advisor, made the longer trip well worth it. He is communicative, honest, and very organized. I highly recommend working with him.

Great customer service! Austin is always helpful and communicates with me well. Even though I am out of warranty I still bring my car back to the dealership. It makes me feel good that the work has been done right.

It’s a great car for a family. I have 2 toddlers, and the extra room is awesome. I love this care more than my 2020 Kia Sorento by far.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

I have owned the Atlas SE 2024 for 6 months and loved it 100% the digital controls is like a smart phone, you will get used to it once you know where everything is at. The best car I have purchased in 30 years
