I took in my 2024 VW Jetta for it's first service at just over 7000 miles. Greg the service professional, spent the time to explain the service protocol for that mileage. He provided a driver to take me to work and to pick me up afterwards. The car was ready and the written report was given to me. Greg as usual was thorough, efficient and reassuring. The only problem I had they promise to look at my car on Monday, I called and was told that it would be after lunch then i get a call they can?t look at it until Tuesday. I would rather you told me up front that it may take two days

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

Our 24 Atlas SEL rline premium is more than we expected. The fuel efficiency and premium comfort makes this actually a great value with how expensive some of the other cars are.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Such a great experience at the service appointment! Neil was especially wonderful! He explained everything without making me feel like an idiot, and his customer service was top notch. I was in an out and less than an hour with a serviced AND washed car!

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Neil was cery empathetic and understanding when my water pump malfunctioned. Repair was explained conscisely.

VERY HAPPY with the car except for the embarrassing horn LOL and the fact that the car is smarter than I am technologically speaking. I'm learning new options all the time.
