My husband and I were in a bad car accident 2 months ago and my car was totaled. It's been a rough few weeks of hospital stays, wound care and emotional labor so taking on a car search was not something I was particularly excited to do. I walked into the City VW of Evanston dealership early in my search process to look at a used Tiguan and really liked it and had a great experience with the salesman Frank. I wanted to check out a few other options before making a decision, so I left and now I realize I wasted a lot of time and frustration when I did that! After visiting 3 other VW dealerships and experiencing some incredibly shady salespeople, I decided it was time to go back to my hometown dealership. Frank and Marcus were amazing. With all of the medical bills piling up, we were trying to stay within a certain price range and the two of them worked tirelessly to make the deal happen without making it feel like a torturous process. Abe was great. Very professional. I went there to test drive a used car. He told me prior what’s wrong with the car so i can hear it when i drive. I decided not to buy the car. Too bad they don’t have any similar card available. I would have purchased it because I already liked the dealership.

My husband and I purchased ID.4. We traded our Honda Accord. At first, we were not given a fair price but eventually we did and decided to proceed with the deal. David and Mohamed were extremely helpful. David did great job explaining everything we needed to drive the new car home. The following day he responded quickly to my request of locating the enrollment code for electrify America. The dealership was cold (October) and could use some more decoration and kids-friendly corner.
