I picked up my VW Taos today. I am very happy with it and Luis was so very helpful and super kind. He had the car ready for me when I got there and then he helped to sync my phone - like c'mon what excellent service is that. He went through all the safety features with me and all the various apps and the other car features. He took his time and explained everything to me. It made me feel at ease and more comfortable driving my new wheels home. Luis is an extraordinary person and is so good at his job - very trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I am so grateful to him and will always make sure to pop in to see him when I am at the dealership for a service. Very spacious, very luxurious feeling. Sits up nice and high, rides smooth, good throttle response. This is a very sporty looking family car. Trunk space is ridiculous. Very sharp and eye catching.

I brought my Passat here because all of a sudden it was idling rough while stopped and the check engine light came on. i got a quick appointment, and a quick diagnosis and repair. It was a minor issue, and the labor cost seemed reasonable. Also had a (synthetic) oil change done, and it cost $25 less than my local garage had charged me, who is usually very reasonable. They didn't send me away with a list of things that needed to be done, either. I assumed I needed brakes, based on the mileage, but they said to wait until the next service interval, because they still had some life left in them. Some places would have just gone ahead with the work. Oh, and they were very nice to deal with.
