I live in Florida and was tasked with helping my Mom in NC buy a VW Taos. Searching the web I found the exact car she was looking for at VW Marietta. I called and spoke with Denzel. Within no time at all we went over the car (only had 700 miles) and agreed on a price. It was a very fair deal and with whole process was so pleasant. This was an excellent choice. I really appreciate the patience of the dealership working with me. I think, thought, and over thought this purchase trying to look at every possible angle of why get this vehicle. They had no pressure to buy. They answered any and all questions. They kept offering water/snacks and other amenities for comfort. But no pushy pressure. Patience should be in their title. It was a better experience than I’ve had at other dealerships. Final choice was the iD.4 which they explained everything up front and worked with me to iron out a deal. I tried to look for clues to them being shady or sneaky but it wasn’t there. I feel good about my purchase and would highly recommend them to others. Well done.

I took in my 2024 VW Jetta for it's first service at just over 7000 miles. Greg the service professional, spent the time to explain the service protocol for that mileage. He provided a driver to take me to work and to pick me up afterwards. The car was ready and the written report was given to me. Greg as usual was thorough, efficient and reassuring. The only problem I had they promise to look at my car on Monday, I called and was told that it would be after lunch then i get a call they can?t look at it until Tuesday. I would rather you told me up front that it may take two days
