The car buying experience can be intimidating-particularly for women. My teenage daughter and I highly recommend working with Brendan in Sales, Manny in Finance, and Marcus as the Sales Manager. No mansplaining! They were all receptive to our questions and patient. The entire experience was a wonderful learning opportunity for my teenager and me, for that matter! I was able to complete the finance information in advance, which was less stressful knowing I was approved before the purchase process began. My husband and I purchased ID.4. We traded our Honda Accord. At first, we were not given a fair price but eventually we did and decided to proceed with the deal. David and Mohamed were extremely helpful. David did great job explaining everything we needed to drive the new car home. The following day he responded quickly to my request of locating the enrollment code for electrify America. The dealership was cold (October) and could use some more decoration and kids-friendly corner.
