This is the third Atlas that I have purchased from City Volkswagen of Chicago. Sales Ray Cotto has been awesome from the time I walked in the door. We developed a friendship for being authentic with each other. Ray greets you with a smile as if he's known me for years. He really took care of me and made sure all my needs and concerns were met. He goes above and beyond for you. Also the General Manager Tim was fantastic in completing the deal. I highly recommend this dealership.

Kenan greeted us when we walked in and was amazing throughout our whole purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped thr buying process go smoothly. I went in for an oil change and spark plug replacement. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was provided with a loaner car while my car was being serviced. Alex Harter went above and beyond to assist me with this entire process. She was very friendly, helpful, and exhibited excellent communication and support. Alex is a primary reason why I continue to get my car serviced at this location.

I had such a great experience at the Volkswagen dealership! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and welcoming. Juan was the first to assist me, and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He later transitioned me to Alex, and let me tell you—Alex was phenomenal! He walked me through everything with patience and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. There was also a young lady who helped explain everything clearly (I wish I remembered her name!)—she was amazing too. On top of that, the General Manager, Tim, even came out to introduce himself to us the very first time we stopped by just to look. On Saturday 6/21/2025 me and my wife, Peter and Monica, went to the City VW Irving Park dealer to inquire about trading in our old 2022 Tiguan for a new 2024. Right from the entrance we worked with David Alcaraz who helped us with all the explanations, all the documentation and testing the car. We worked very well with David, who was patient with us throughout the purchase process, also helping us with the transfer of things and the city sticker from the old car to the new one.
