My wife and I just bought a new 2024 Tiguan SE from Alexandria VW, and we were very impressed with the attention and service we received. We initially made an appointment with Atig Popal, who was our Sales Associate, for Friday but we had to bump it up to Thursday, which Atig said "no problem, come on in". (We found out later that Thursday was Atig's day off, which he gave up to accommodate our schedule) Atig made our car buying experience a real pleasure. He showed us a number of vehicles and features we were interested in. He has a very easy-going way about him, that made us very comfortable, asking questions and discussing details with him. We also shared some laughs and stories along the way. which made more relaxed. He was genuinely helpful and caring that we got what we wanted. We met a number of other staff members that all were helpful and treated us like family. Such a good team there. We were able to shop, buy and drive away all in the same afternoon. Sales experience was excellent. Anthony was knowledgeable about the product and made every effort to be sure I understood how to operate all of the car's features.

Dealer had the car we inquired about on-site and ready for test drive. Did not disclose that the charger was missing. Did not disclose that the window tinting was in excess of Maryland registration requirements. Was straightforward on price and fees.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and found Ourisman Honda of Laurel very easy to work with over email/text unlike other dealerships. They were able to provide me with a written detailed cost of our final agreed upon price which saved me time once I got to the dealership to complete the purchase. Some other dealerships were not willing to put anything in writing or weren't very timely in their responses. I also had the best sales rep, Chuka! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel rushed or pressured during my test drive. On the day of my purchase he was there to greet me and help me through the process. He even so kindly asked if he could help move the process along by moving my belongings from my old vehicle to the new vehicle which he very meticulously put in the same place. That was a big help and saved me time while I finished up the paperwork. He has also been very responsive in answering follow up questions I had after the vehicle purchase. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here and ask for Chuka!! He goes above and beyond!

Vehicle was just as described on website. Dealer provided Carfax and service records. Antwerpen had acquired the vehicle as a trade-in, given it a full inspection, and done necessary maintenance. The experience was very low-stress. Erick is honest, but tough - be sure to do your research if you're hoping to negotiate!

Great experience with Zahra. She facilitated a great deal to beat a competing dealer, including valuing my trade, all over the phone/text messages.
