This is the third Atlas that I have purchased from City Volkswagen of Chicago. Sales Ray Cotto has been awesome from the time I walked in the door. Juan was the first to assist me, and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He later transitioned me to Alex, and let me tell you—Alex was phenomenal! He walked me through everything with patience and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. There was also a young lady who helped explain everything clearly (I wish I remembered her name!)—she was amazing too. My husband and I were in a bad car accident 2 months ago and my car was totaled. It's been a rough few weeks of hospital stays, wound care and emotional labor so taking on a car search was not something I was particularly excited to do. I walked into the City VW of Evanston dealership early in my search process to look at a used Tiguan and really liked it and had a great experience with the salesman Frank. I wanted to check out a few other options before making a decision, so I left and now I realize I wasted a lot of time and frustration when I did that! After visiting 3 other VW dealerships and experiencing some incredibly shady salespeople, I decided it was time to go back to my hometown dealership. Frank and Marcus were amazing. With all of the medical bills piling up, we were trying to stay within a certain price range and the two of them worked tirelessly to make the deal happen without making it feel like a torturous process. Once we reached an agreement, Manny was so helpful and walked me through all of the paperwork explaining everything clearly. Jeromy was well informed on the Forster model I was interested in and very helpful. Muller Subaru had a good inventory and the Forester Premium with Option Parkage 15 had all the key safety features that I wanted. Their price was competitive with some of the other dealers in the area. Their free “loner” and local “pickup and drop off service” was instrumental in my decision to buy with Muller Siberia.

I brought my VW Golf in for service with an appointment. Despite being backed up, the technician greeted me and asked for a few minutes. Once he got back, check-in was quick and friendly. The recall work took longer than initially expected, but the team kept me informed. The work was still completed same day. This was a positive experience and I will return the next time my auto needs service.

My experience is always amazing! Steven, Carlos and the other guys in the service department have exceptional customer service skills. They are very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their customers.

They are so busy it sometimes takes a while to get an appt; but service techs provide good service. Dennis Narsson has ben my tech advisor for my last two visits; has explained the problems and kept me updated as to progress. I have been a service customer for ~8 years.
