The oil change was efficient. In terms of getting me in there at pretty much last minute, they accomodated me and got me in earlier than expected. Did not like the fact that they had no record of me being there before despite the fact that I purchased my last car there in 2013 and had all of my service performed there. But overall, good service.

I am so happy with this car. I haven’t even been to a gas station since I bought it. I can’t wait to take it to California and I live in New York. Do you think it’ll probably take me a year to get there?

I worked with Evan Chochrek (from the sales department) to get my first car this weekend and my experience was phenomenal. He was able to answer all my questions, and made me feel confident with my choice of vehicle. The other staff there were also incredible and everyone was a team player. Tim is a nice salesperson, he is patient for helping customer the whole process, the only thing he can do better is to call back certain customer on time. Try not to let customer expecting the phone call too long.

Despite this unforeseen hiccup, Jens and the team stuck with me, calmly helped resolve the matter, and most importantly, honored the original deal even after the long wait. I never felt pressured or dismissed—they truly went above and beyond. A few months after my purchase, life threw a curveball and I needed to sell the car. I returned to VW of Wellesley and, again, Jens stepped up. Not only was the entire process smooth and hassle-free, but they also offered me the best price I could find and treated me with the same level of respect and care as before. This review is a bit overdue, but I wanted to take the time to properly recognize the consistently excellent service I received. This weekend, I went into Coastal VW to talk about my options as my leased Tiguan was ending. I sat with Chris R. and he immediately made things smooth, stress-free, and QUICK! One would typically dread the car buying process because it always feels like it is an entire day process. I walked in at 12:30 and was out the door and on the road with my brand new Taos. This is my second time going through Coastal and certainly, it will not be my last. I love their no pressure, down to earth approach. #volkswagenforlife :)

This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! Amazing service done by kind people. After having my last car ownership experience go so poorly I’m happy my car is being serviced at Kelly VW!
