This was the most pleasurable, and memorable buying experience I ever had till date. Since last eight years I have been buying / selling vehicles and have had 8 transactions and that's a bit crazy!!! and this one was the best experience. He is very honest and straight forward and very transparent and provides great advice and shares information and also educates to make a right decision, and he is very patient and does not rush the transactions and there is no pressure. I don't buy cars very often & am somewhat intimidated by the expected high pressure sales process. Not the case here. I had done my homework & was ready to buy a specific car when I arrived. The price was right, the terms agreeable, the location conveniently close to home, the people friendly & informative. Maureen,Todd & the nice fellow from New Zealand made this a painless experience & took care of my needs almost before I knew what they were.These folks are an efficient & personable team. Not once did I feel rushed or "handled". They were accommodating to my requests & took care of the paperwork swiftly. I'd definitely consider buying from these guys again.

They were $4000 less than the lowest competitor on the same type of car. It was fast, friendly and easy. We live across the bridge in Washington and it's about 20 minutes to get there and well worth the drive. I'm telling everyone to go there and save:)

I had been car searching for five weeks due to my auto dying beyond expensive repair. I had been fortunate to happen upon Kyle Moderhak at Hertz, Portland. He was exceptional, and a wonderful breath of fresh air. If it were not for his knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous manner I would not have purchased from Hertz. Kyle brought me directly to the auto which fit the parameters I had presented to him. He did not try to up-sell another auto, as others had. He remained calm, and did not hover, ingratiating himself. Quick and easy, bought a used Tiguan they detailed it and put some gas in it. Overall good experience. They also had coffee that was actually pretty good

I've purchased several VWs over the years. This purchase was the absolute BEST ever!! Deb was FABULOUS to work with. A truly wonderful sales woman. I found the car online, negotiated everything over the phone and took a 5 hour train ride to pick it up. The car was EXACTLY as promised. Price was super fair. Financing was a silky smooth. I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

This was a great car buying experience. Nick took great care of me and his manager Zane(?) went above and beyond to work within my budget. Creating connection was easy with these two gentlemen and we had a few laughs too. I felt free to express any concerns and opinions throughout the process which were all addressed and i really appreciate that. What I was looking for was vague but the team nailed it. I was worried about the financing and again, nailed it. Needed help with insurance quotes and they hook me up with a highly competent broker, a real artiste in his field. Negotiations were easy going and Fair and i was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. Now, there is something that I think is missing at this dealership and that is something for kids to do. We all know the car buying process can take some time. I had my 9-year-old daughter with me, who is very patient, but having some toys or games would have made a huge difference for us. Overall great experience
