I brought my VW Golf in for service with an appointment. Despite being backed up, the technician greeted me and asked for a few minutes. Once he got back, check-in was quick and friendly. The recall work took longer than initially expected, but the team kept me informed. The work was still completed same day. This was a positive experience and I will return the next time my auto needs service.

My husband and I were in a bad car accident 2 months ago and my car was totaled. It's been a rough few weeks of hospital stays, wound care and emotional labor so taking on a car search was not something I was particularly excited to do. I walked into the City VW of Evanston dealership early in my search process to look at a used Tiguan and really liked it and had a great experience with the salesman Frank. I wanted to check out a few other options before making a decision, so I left and now I realize I wasted a lot of time and frustration when I did that! After visiting 3 other VW dealerships and experiencing some incredibly shady salespeople, I decided it was time to go back to my hometown dealership. Frank and Marcus were amazing. With all of the medical bills piling up, we were trying to stay within a certain price range and the two of them worked tirelessly to make the deal happen without making it feel like a torturous process. Once we reached an agreement, Manny was so helpful and walked me through all of the paperwork explaining everything clearly. Thanks to Bogdan Strudzinski, Lameshia Rogers and Sean Pelkey we took delivery in March 2022. We had owned a 2015 VW Passat which I loved but unfortunately it didn't survive a crash on 12/13/21.
