We developed a friendship for being authentic with each other. Ray greets you with a smile as if he's known me for years. He really took care of me and made sure all my needs and concerns were met. Thanks to Bogdan Strudzinski, Lameshia Rogers and Sean Pelkey we took delivery in March 2022. We had owned a 2015 VW Passat which I loved but unfortunately it didn't survive a crash on 12/13/21. The service department is also second to none and they even wash your car after each service!

Abe was great. Very professional. I went there to test drive a used car. He told me prior what’s wrong with the car so i can hear it when i drive. I decided not to buy the car. Too bad they don’t have any similar card available. I would have purchased it because I already liked the dealership.

I brought my VW Golf in for service with an appointment. Despite being backed up, the technician greeted me and asked for a few minutes. Once he got back, check-in was quick and friendly. The recall work took longer than initially expected, but the team kept me informed. The work was still completed same day. This was a positive experience and I will return the next time my auto needs service.

I went in for an oil change and spark plug replacement. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was provided with a loaner car while my car was being serviced. Alex Harter went above and beyond to assist me with this entire process. She was very friendly, helpful, and exhibited excellent communication and support.
