appointment was done online and I was able to get my time. diagnosis was performed and I was informed of the problem. parts were ordered and arrived in a timely fashion and the job was done. car seems to run very well after the repair. I did not got the car wash but that is ok since I wanted the car back as soon as possible so forfeiting the car was saved me time.

As usual Dan Swartz took care of me for my annual oil change and inspection.I can always count on Dan for his help and answering any questions I may have.

When I came in to trade in my car, there was an unexpected issue with the title that delayed the process significantly. Despite this unforeseen hiccup, Jens and the team stuck with me, calmly helped resolve the matter, and most importantly, honored the original deal even after the long wait. I never felt pressured or dismissed—they truly went above and beyond. A few months after my purchase, life threw a curveball and I needed to sell the car. I returned to VW of Wellesley and, again, Jens stepped up. Not only was the entire process smooth and hassle-free, but they also offered me the best price I could find and treated me with the same level of respect and care as before. We purchased a pre owned Golf and were very pleased with our experience. Everyone we worked with was professional and helpful. Low pressure attitude and well versed in their product and customer focused. We purchased the least expensive vehicle on the lot and received the same attention as I would expect from a high dollar purchase. What most dealers forget is that the hardest car to sell is the first one. They built the groundwork for future purchases.
