I do not look forward to buying cars. There are so many terrible tactics and sales people out there its just a horrible overall experience. Rebbecca and Sneed Ford were not that. She showed us the cars we asked for, recommended just one we missed that was almost the same car(which we ended up buying) and we did the negotiating with her, not a finance guy on a raised platform and aggressive manners. She answered all our questions, was very patient and very personable. We talked with the owner a bit when Rebbecca was busy who turned out to be just as fantastic. Overall easily the best car buying experience we've been through and they'll definitely be my first search next time we're looking for a car.

I had a fender bender with my car. I researched my options to take my car for bodywork. I was very pleased to see Rob Sight's dealership on the insurance list. I was fortunate enough to see Rob when I was out there. He took the time to look at my car and give me some very good information. I was very please with the Collision Center and the manager Randy did such a nice job of informing where they were with the car and when I would be able to pick up. He was very gracious when I talked to him. I wasn't waiting around for any calls. I would recommend anyone to take there car there. I don't think it matters what kind of car you have. Rob Sight Collision Center was listed with my insurance company as a preferred center to call. My insurance company hit the nail on the head, so to speak.

I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.

Pam and Nick were great to work with. We walked in looking for a Honda Pilot, unsure of which trim we wanted. Pam did a wonderful job of explaining the differences. Unfortunately they did not have what we were looking for on their lot and found one in the KC metro, picked it up and brought it to their location for us to drive. We drove off the lot with a Pilot we were happy with.

I got the SE model which I now regret. No SiriusXM radio, no navigation and no trip mirage and the only thing it counts is Miles, no quarter, half etc. Cannot give a person accurate directions. I don’t like the moon roof cover. It’s just glass and a shade no metal line outside of car so in NC in the summer I could cook an egg in it I believe. No excuse not to out SiriusXM in it. I had 2012 Jetta SEL that I absolutely loved it had all this one doesn’t but someone ran into me and totaled it in 2020 or I’d still have it. This one falls short of it.

This was my son's first car buying experience, and after visiting 5 dealerships, we ended up at Legends Toyota. Amber had the car ready for us to test drive (after finding the car online), and Derrick took great care of us... giving us the time and space to make the right decision. We went in to look at a specific used vehicle.That vehicle was actually being serviced. We did however drive 4 different makes of vehicles. We were not even looking at a Kia, however, we do have one in our sights now. Kia Pat was very patient while my husband and I worked out which vehicle would be best for our family. I knew what I was going on the lot for and was hoping for a fast, easy sale. Jess Thomas (my salesman) was incredibly cordial (both on the phone and in-person), met me at the door and was ready to go. He was thorough with everything, up front with the Carfax report, and answered any of my questions. He also had the patience of a saint when my phone was acting up while I was trying to get a picture of my previous vehicle's insurance brought up. The two gentlemen named David who assisted with the buying process and signing over of the vehicle I traded in were also excellent. They didn't try to throw on a bunch of costly bells and whistles like at other places, either. If you know what you're looking for, they absolutely are willing to work with you in whatever manner they can to get the best deal for you both.

Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. I bought a 2011 Lexus gx460 from Tom at EuroSam Auto in October of 2021. It was a pleasant experience and they even [paid the labor to fix some pretty major items for me after the sale. I waited till now to make my five star review due to t my work travel schedule impacting the times that repairs were made. The whole process had great communication. I recommend Tom Lovelace and EuroSam to everyone I know.

I bought a 21 SEL Premium with 5k miles on it. Has fully digital dashboard display which is awesome because it's fully customizable, and you can even use the entire screen to display a map which shows local businesses as you drive near them. This vehicle also has Beats by Dre which I find terribly disappointing. My 2012 Toyota Camry had a JBL sound system which was 3 times better than this system. It also (at times) creates a bass thump when I make a call while listening to the radio which is irritating. The other issue that has me bummed was the cruise control system would fail half the time. I just got it fixed yesterday but time will tell as I've only engaged it once since dealership fixed it. The cabin feels very comfortable and is quiet on the road. The lane departure assist and assisted cruise control are impressive features that most will appreciate. Steering wheel controls are also nice features.

I have owned 2 VW Jetta's both FANTASTIC dependable automobiles. The 2021 Jetta is such a pleasure to drive with its roomy interior and superb handling. It's fabulous gas milage of 40 highway/ 30 mpg city driving, the 1.4 L Turbo charged engine makes it a peppy car. The lane change assist on the side mirrors is quite a plus. It's a beautiful automobile inside and out. The full color touch screen has Blue tooth, Android Auto, Apple Car Play even a USB port. Has a great back-up camera, anti-lock brakes, multi-control steering wheel, keyless entry just to name a few of the cars features. What more could you want in a car? I have NEVER had a issue with either of my Jetta's. You will look forward to driving this automobile. Factory warranty because its such a well built automobile. It was very affordable for such a great car with features normally found on much more expensive automobiles.

I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)

I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

Sam is a great guy that works with you to get you in a nice vehicle. I would recommend this car lot to my family and friends!
