I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.

I bought a 21 SEL Premium with 5k miles on it. Has fully digital dashboard display which is awesome because it's fully customizable, and you can even use the entire screen to display a map which shows local businesses as you drive near them. This vehicle also has Beats by Dre which I find terribly disappointing. My 2012 Toyota Camry had a JBL sound system which was 3 times better than this system. It also (at times) creates a bass thump when I make a call while listening to the radio which is irritating. The other issue that has me bummed was the cruise control system would fail half the time. I just got it fixed yesterday but time will tell as I've only engaged it once since dealership fixed it. The cabin feels very comfortable and is quiet on the road. The lane departure assist and assisted cruise control are impressive features that most will appreciate. Steering wheel controls are also nice features.

I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

I came into Lake Elsinore Honda for a windshield calibration and transmission drain N fill. Tyler was very helpful in answering my questions regarding the windshield calibration which was a little tricky because I was told by the glass installer that my camera needed to be replaced. As it turned out the glass was installed incorrectly and Tyler sent me pictures and showed me the issue in person. Tyler also noted that my transmission seal was leaking and he made an appointment for next weekend to have that fixed. I just started coming to Lake Elsinore Honda a couple years ago when I purchased a 2022 Civic and I have found all the employees very knowledgeable and helpful . . . and they do it with a smile.

So my Habenero orange R Line is named Princess... she is quick when she needs to be, and eco mode is there for when she doesn't. Gas mileage is fantastic either way. She is so responsive, the handling on her is top notch. I've put a LOT of miles on her, I think upwards of 50k without a single mechanical failure. A few accidents, the front collision sensor is a pain to replace but I like in a bumper car city, unfortunately.

On April 6, 2023, I took delivery of a 2023 Yukon Denali Ultimate, which was a SUV that I ordered, equipped the way I wanted it. John and the entire sales staff were great! I have purchased/leased 4 other vehicles from this dealership and have always been treated well. The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.

I love my new (to me) VW Jetta. It come equipped with so many features. It has some things I'd never even heard of. It will correct steering if you drift out of the lane, it had heated and COOLED seats, adaptive cruise control, automatic headlights and highbeams are also auto, etc. There's more but I can't list it all.

I have owned 2 VW Jetta's both FANTASTIC dependable automobiles. The 2021 Jetta is such a pleasure to drive with its roomy interior and superb handling. It's fabulous gas milage of 40 highway/ 30 mpg city driving, the 1.4 L Turbo charged engine makes it a peppy car. The lane change assist on the side mirrors is quite a plus. It's a beautiful automobile inside and out. The full color touch screen has Blue tooth, Android Auto, Apple Car Play even a USB port. Has a great back-up camera, anti-lock brakes, multi-control steering wheel, keyless entry just to name a few of the cars features. What more could you want in a car? I have NEVER had a issue with either of my Jetta's. You will look forward to driving this automobile. Factory warranty because its such a well built automobile. It was very affordable for such a great car with features normally found on much more expensive automobiles.

New car 9/2017: odometer now at 65000 miles. No issues at all since new. Fuelly.com calculates 40.5 MPG in 30/70 highway/city driving. 5 speed manual transmission has excellent synchros - and with a very light clutch engagement plus short throw gear changes - this 2017 1.4 turbo is fun to drive.

I bought a 2019 Jetta SEL in July of 2018 right when it came out. I have now owned this vehicle for 5 years and put 116,000 miles on it. I love it. It is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I have had no major issues other than a bolt coming lose around 69k miles near the timing belt which was under warranty and fixed with no charge. On long trips I have gotten up to 53 MPG but average high 30's day to day. I cannot say enough great things about this vehicle.

Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana may seem like your average used car dealership as you drive by. The reviews are a hit or miss online and you really don't know what to believe. My three takeaways from this place is transparency, honesty and quality. As a car enthusiast, I found a particular vehicle here I was interested in, and I worked with Peyman Reisi, the manager of Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana and I had a great experience. From Peyman to his employees everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They were prompt to answer any questions I had about the car prior to coming in. They provided me with a Carfax and Autocheck report upon arriving and gave me ample time to check the car out and even allowed me to take it out for a lengthy test drive. The staff was fully transparent about anything they knew about the car and also fully encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic or dealership of my choice if I wanted to, of course, at my cost. If there were any issues, Peyman and his team said they would work on getting it sorted out, or reimburse the cost prior to finalizing the deal. You have to remember, this is a used car dealership, not everything is going to be perfect, it isn't a new car, but they will strive to make sure they get you into a solid, reliable car. Not even a large franchise dealer can guarantee something won't go wrong a few weeks down the road, that is why Peyman stands by his cars and offers a warranty if things do happen or allow you to get it fully inspected prior to purchasing. The entire team here was not pushy nor did they use any of your typical sales pitch when I was viewing the car. They were very hands off from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and the moment I left with the car. They gave you just the right amount of attention without being overbearing and pushy on the sale, whether you buy a car or not, they will treat you the same way they'd want to be treated. I observed this with different customers they interacted with. They have a very good selection of cars, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they can help source it for you and have it fully checked out prior to you purchasing it. At the end of the day, use your due diligence when buying a used car, whether it's from a smaller dealership like this one or a large franchise one. Not every car will be perfect, but it is the actions and integrity of the dealership that will set it apart. This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

I left a message through cars.com and a dealership contacted me the following Monday and answered all my questions. It was a really good phone call and good experience, definitely consider them in the future.
