I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

My wife and I have been in the market for an SUV the past few weeks. It's my first car purchase and shopping around was a nightmare. There was a lot of running around and a lot of back and forth with the dealerships we visited. Yesterday we were looking online for 2020 Tiguan inventory and eventually decided to give Open Road a call. Eventually we decided to go to the store and we were introduced to Rodger who walked us through the process with top notch professionalism and was very consultative. He gave us all of our options to help give the best deal possible and within our price range. After going through the credit check process, the results didn't favor us with the best rate. Eventually a gentleman by the name of Joe stepped in, broke down some discrepancies with my credit report, and fought with the bank to help dramatically bring down our rate to fit within our budget. To finish it off, Anwar was there to complete the final details of the sale, stayed way past closing with Rodger and showed tremendous patience walking us through our contract. All in all, we made the right decision and are very happy with our purchase!

Volkswagen has an ongoing issue with the blender actuator in the dash for your vents. They have no idea about it yet I went to all the brand new cars on the line. They still are coming out like that. 2022 Volkswagen Taos se

I Ben driving my Taos for 2 years plus 3 months to be exactly so fall every is going great take out the state for a long trip super economy and smooth driving comfortable no issues so fall I loved it

Love everything about this car. Technology easy to use. Visibility great and very spacious for a smaller SUV. Great gas mileage and plenty of pickup when merging into traffic.

I bought mind taso in late march. Brand new love it! Great mileage, Drive beautifully. Mind is a SE. Comfort seats. I can not find anything to say bad of my vw.
