I give 5+ stars to this dealership. We accompanied our granddaughter to purchase her first car. Kim was the sales associate. She was awesome…no pressure, answered her questions, and helped her to get payments that were affordable. She found just the car that was best for her, with the help of Kim, at a competitive price. Everyone was so helpful and the finance department explained the paperwork in a way a first-time car buyer could understand. I definitely recommend Autos of Forney!

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

Took my Kia to do a trade in for a brand new Honda CR-V Sport Hybrid. My salesman was Chuck, great gentleman, if you need a new car ask for Chuck and he will take care of you. Easy process to do a trade in and they really listen to you and help you out. My finance guy was awesome and will help you get the best deal.

Repaired our VW air conditioning unit in three days. Another dealership failed to repair it in three attempts covering a period of over a month. Great experience with purchasing our first Volkswagen and our first EV with George Strong at Hendrick! I was nervous about buying an EV especially with some mileage and years off the warranty, but after asking many questions we got comfortable and made our purchase. George also sold our son who was a first time car buyer an SUV and I appreciated him taking care of him and my DIL a few months ago. They recommended George to us and we contacted him when we were ready to make our purchase. Great experience and would go back if we are ever in need of another car purchase to work with George again! Malik was also extremely helpful on our first visit when George wasn't available as well.
