Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

WAS ON DOT TO GET ON SERVICE WITH DETAILED EXPLANATIONI. I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY VEHICLES FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY DON'T DO ANY WORK THAT ISN'T NECESSARY. I TRUST THAT THEY WON'T TRY AND SELL ME SOMETING I DON'T NEED.

I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.

This is the first experience of buying a new vehicle that there were no games. MJ was my salesman and was unbelievable…I told him what I wanted to make the deal and he and the dealership delivered! I’ll be back for sure.

I must be an exception. I have had no issues with my Tiguan at all after a year and a half of ownership. Bought in October, 2021. I do notice the hesitation on start up but it’s not an issue. I had an Audi allroad and was considering the Q5 but, you get pretty much all the same features with the Tiguan that the price difference just wasn’t justified for me. Plenty of get up and space when you need it. I’m a life long VAG customer so the quirks don’t deter me. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the Tiguan.

2022 SEL R-Line I see the other negative reviews which is unfortunate but I have not had one issue with my 2022 Tiguan. I purchased in October 2021 and have enjoyed the car since purchase. Well appointed with all amenities that come with the Audi Q5 which I was also considering. I went with the Tiguan because all you’re getting with the Q5 is the clout. Long distance driving is amazing as the car basically drives itself. Perhaps I got lucky but I’ve not experienced anything negative so far. Would highly recommend.

I really liked this car, the car is easy to control, accelerates quickly when compared with others. Comfortable and plenty of space inside. I moved from a KIA sedan, and I can say that you get used to the dimensions of the car very easily and quickly. And compared to the KIA, the build quality of the car is felt, and that it is made of metal.

We wanted a Audi Q3 but all the dealers in the state had only loaded models. Being in our 70's, we weren't interested in technology, appearance, performance, or off-road add-on packages. The Tiguan SEL-R has all the features we want that a Q3 Premium Plus has. Sure, the Tiguan won't match the Q3's performance or looks. but it is close enough. And it has more interior room than a Q5.

After having GM products for over thirty years, we decided; for various reasons that it was time for a change. Bobby Springer was a pleasure to do business with. I Found the exact 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in white with black interior that I wanted online at this Jack Giambalvo Hyundai dealership. They are a good 4 1/2 hour drive away from where we live. There were none of these specific Palisades available in our area so we called first thing on a Saturday April 26, 2025 morning & got extremely lucky!! A very pleasant & knowledgeable salesman, COLTON ALLISON, answered their phone. We had to be absolutely positive that what I wanted & saw online was the EXACT car they had for sale on their lot. Thankfully, Colton immediately got back to us & texted me the vin & pictures for verification that it was indeed the EXACT CAR I WANTED. Within 20 minutes Colton had emailed me applications needed to be filled out & to run a credit check as we got on the road to make the long 4 1/2 hour drive to York, PA. I explained we did not want to make a wasted trip so we needed him & his boss & their dealership people to “please” be sure all of our paperwork was ready before we arrived. We wanted to sign everything, give them a check, use their Hyundai Finance Company and within 1 hour turn back around & DRIVE MY BRAND NEW PALISADE the 4 1/2 hours back Home. Colton was extremely efficient & stuck with it. He kept up with putting all of my information into his computer to make the purchase happen. He even did a 3-Way call with myself & my insurance agent as we were about 1/2 way there, to be sure our agent got the correct VIN # & car info to be added immediately to our current car insurance policy. We needed that done to be able to drive the car back home. We arrived promptly at 2:33pm & signed ALL of the papers necessary to buy the car. Anyone buying a new car knows that’s quite a stack of paperwork but Colton & their team had everything ready. We finished within an hour 15 minutes & by 3:45pm on that same Saturday DROVE MY Brand NEW 2025 white PALISADE CALLIGRAPHY HOME. This dealership’s crew with very little notice even washed & swept the car & filled up my gas tank knowing we had a LONG DRIVE HOME. I can’t even tell you how much I appreciated everything they did to make buying a brand new car from the start of my Saturday morning to the 3:45pm finish of driving it away as easy & as pleasant as possible. Many Thanks to our Salesman Colton Allison & to his boss for being so reasonable over the phone with the price & to the dealership for getting all the finance & paperwork handled, to the detail guys & whoever filled up my gas tank. I chose this Tiguan as it is large enough for me to carry my skis inside. It is extremely good on gas. It is very quiet on the road handles very well is very comfortable and is loaded with many safety and convenience features that I did not know I would even appreciate. It is very comfortable and enjoyable to drive.

Recall, & routine maintenance, was done. “Check Engine Light” was investigated. No service necessary. Recommended multiple service items totaling well over $1,500. Deferring many of them. The vehicle has been well maintained and cared for and I was a little put off by the items on the list. Most of the previous service was done by a competing Ford dealer and I never got the “empty the checkbook” service recommendations. But what they serviced was done well.

Have two older Toyota. When I need experts to work on them. I use Seegar! They have addressed my problems, promptly and courteously. I find their service, far and above than what is expected from a dealership. I own a 2006 Matrix with over 200,000 and I will keep it until one of us dies! Also a 2012Camcy with less then 130,000 miles, hardly broken-in. At 81, my great grand children can fight over who gets what! God bless yo'al.
