I reside in the metro Boston area, Massachusetts and just bought a vehicle from River View Ford, Inc out of Illinois, without even seeing the vehicle in person. I found this vehicle at Cars.com late at night and submitted an inquire for information about the vehicle, Craig contacted me in the very next morning, he answered all my questions about this vehicle and even sent me pictures and a short video. Even though I never believed I would ever buy a vehicle over the phone I really trusted everything he said, there was no pressure, shortly after, we both agreed with the price and I paid in full via wire transfer. Craig then arranged everything that was necessary to hire a carrier and ship the vehicle over to me which I thought to be a great shipping cost and quick delivery time, (my brother-in-law is a big rig interstate truck driver and even told me that he?s shipping quote was really good and possible no mark ups attached), about a week later the vehicle was delivered. Everything about this vehicle was just like Craig said, and mostly important just what I was looking for, they had it detailed cleaned and it looked amazing. He assisted me with all the paper work (delivered next day air), my vehicle is now registered in my state and ready to go. Hassle free, quick and easy transaction? Employees were helpful and accommodating. I Don’t understand why a basic oil change should be so expensive. I have owned Lexus’ and Genesis’ where the cost was half the price. Help was great to deal with.
