Matt is one of the most dedicated, responsible, reliable, and professional people I have met. He is an amazing person with a great personality and a big heart. Moreover, he is attentive and has the rare ability to really listen and hear the customer's preferences, and makes sure to cater to them perfectly. He will go above and beyond for his customers, going out of his way to find and deliver our dream car from the Bronx in the span of a day. It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

Vehicle was sold before I was able to speak to a sales person. No problem! They were working on it before I inquired about it.

I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.
