Used 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0T SE R-Line Black for sale near Addison, IL

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Definitely would recommend everyone I know to this location.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.

John, the finance manager took over, processing my paperwork and made it seamless and easy. When I needed a temporary tag, he immediately saw to it. My car was delivered, and everything was done to perfection. I must be an exception. I have had no issues with my Tiguan at all after a year and a half of ownership. Bought in October, 2021. I do notice the hesitation on start up but it’s not an issue. I had an Audi allroad and was considering the Q5 but, you get pretty much all the same features with the Tiguan that the price difference just wasn’t justified for me. Plenty of get up and space when you need it. I’m a life long VAG customer so the quirks don’t deter me. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the Tiguan.

I have never submitted a review for anything in my life before. I would just like to acknowledge Hilary Owens in the service department. I had a tire blow out, and apparently the tire is hard to get and back ordered for months. She arranged to get a spare tire in the meantime that matched up tread wise to my current tires, so I could drive on the car to and from work. She went above and beyond searching for the tire I needed, and did it with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. She is a tremendous asset to their dealership and team.

2022 SEL R-Line I see the other negative reviews which is unfortunate but I have not had one issue with my 2022 Tiguan. I purchased in October 2021 and have enjoyed the car since purchase. Well appointed with all amenities that come with the Audi Q5 which I was also considering. I went with the Tiguan because all you’re getting with the Q5 is the clout. Long distance driving is amazing as the car basically drives itself. Perhaps I got lucky but I’ve not experienced anything negative so far. Would highly recommend.

I had such a great experience at the Volkswagen dealership! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and welcoming. Juan was the first to assist me, and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He later transitioned me to Alex, and let me tell you—Alex was phenomenal! He walked me through everything with patience and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. There was also a young lady who helped explain everything clearly (I wish I remembered her name!)—she was amazing too. On top of that, the General Manager, Tim, even came out to introduce himself to us the very first time we stopped by just to look. That small gesture made a big impression and showed how professional and kind the entire team is. I’m truly happy to be part of the Volkswagen family and I absolutely love my car!
