First to buy a car with Lute Riley at Richardson Tx. I heard a lot of good reviews, and it?s TRUE!!! People / Customers were treated with respect as to their choice and preferences of the car they need. Reception wise it is Welcoming! Mr.David Morles the agent gave me advices in going thru the process of buying a car as to credit history check, and financing of which we highly appreciate it! I witnessed a group of family came and all the male employees offered a seat to everyone! So heart-warming ??. The Manager showed me a thorough calculation of the cost price of the car that is within my Budget and we?re thankful for that! I must be an exception. I have had no issues with my Tiguan at all after a year and a half of ownership. Bought in October, 2021. I do notice the hesitation on start up but it’s not an issue. I had an Audi allroad and was considering the Q5 but, you get pretty much all the same features with the Tiguan that the price difference just wasn’t justified for me. Plenty of get up and space when you need it. I’m a life long VAG customer so the quirks don’t deter me. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the Tiguan.

2022 SEL R-Line I see the other negative reviews which is unfortunate but I have not had one issue with my 2022 Tiguan. I purchased in October 2021 and have enjoyed the car since purchase. Well appointed with all amenities that come with the Audi Q5 which I was also considering. I went with the Tiguan because all you’re getting with the Q5 is the clout. Long distance driving is amazing as the car basically drives itself. Perhaps I got lucky but I’ve not experienced anything negative so far. Would highly recommend.

Update, I was quickly contacted by the GM who promised to make good on the car by either getting rid of the smell or take the car back.

Although I bought another Make and Model used car and not a Subaru at Five Star Subaru, the sales and finance staff was very helpful during the test drive process and stayed late on a weekday evening to accommodate my work schedule. Five star service at Five Star Subaru.

They got me taken care of with an oil change and repaired my driver side front tire and replaced my rotors on the front and even washed my ride
