We tested several vehicles and I greatly appreciated Trinity being upfront, honest, and pleasant to work with while making this major decision. Other staff members came by and made sure we were being helped if Trinity ever had to leave us unattended while he was checking information or pulling cars for test drives.

Had staples in my tire, Tim and the crew at Lewisville Volkswagen were very prompt in getting the tire replaced and calling and texting me when the work was finished
