Tim is a nice salesperson, he is patient for helping customer the whole process, the only thing he can do better is to call back certain customer on time. Try not to let customer expecting the phone call too long.

Found the car I wanted at cars.com, and was referred to Tim by their internet sales manager. He was great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. John in finance was also wonderful to work with, without the hard sell on lots of ad-ons. (He did sell me a couple of things after explaining well why they were a good idea, told me not to bother with a bunch of others...) Wonderful experience all around!

When I came in to trade in my car, there was an unexpected issue with the title that delayed the process significantly. Despite this unforeseen hiccup, Jens and the team stuck with me, calmly helped resolve the matter, and most importantly, honored the original deal even after the long wait. I never felt pressured or dismissed—they truly went above and beyond. A few months after my purchase, life threw a curveball and I needed to sell the car. I returned to VW of Wellesley and, again, Jens stepped up. Not only was the entire process smooth and hassle-free, but they also offered me the best price I could find and treated me with the same level of respect and care as before. This review is a bit overdue, but I wanted to take the time to properly recognize the consistently excellent service I received. I walked into Minuteman VW as I would any other dealership: having a very good idea of what I am looking for and knowing a lot about the car (performance, history, trim levels, features, etc). When I spoke with Eric, it was very reassuring to have a salesperson who was as informed and knowledgeable about the car as I was (in many ways more than me). It always makes me feel a little uneasy to know more about something than the person whom is supposed to be selling me product and this certainly was not the case with Eric. As a sales manager, Timmy was very personable and approachable and did not try to wrap me up in gimmicks or nonsense. Although I would have liked to have gotten a better deal on the car, I did not walk out of the dealership feeling as though I had been hosed and feel like I got a fair deal on a nice car. Being that I live in RI and in addition to the recent COVID restrictions, it has been a bit of a process to get the car registered and delivered. Timmy has vowed to deal with RIDMV on my behalf. I have been told, and have no reason to believe otherwise, that the hold-up in regards to delivery of the new CPO vehicle (going on 2 weeks) is due to the DMV's painfully slow process. Overall, I am satisfied with this dealership and would certainly recommend them.
