My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was a great experience. Our salesperson Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and our finance POC Sarah was wonderful also. The overall process was very smooth and we would definitely give them our business again.

My wife and I just bought a new 2024 Tiguan SE from Alexandria VW, and we were very impressed with the attention and service we received. We initially made an appointment with Atig Popal, who was our Sales Associate, for Friday but we had to bump it up to Thursday, which Atig said "no problem, come on in". (We found out later that Thursday was Atig's day off, which he gave up to accommodate our schedule) Atig made our car buying experience a real pleasure. He showed us a number of vehicles and features we were interested in. He has a very easy-going way about him, that made us very comfortable, asking questions and discussing details with him. We also shared some laughs and stories along the way. which made more relaxed. He was genuinely helpful and caring that we got what we wanted. We met a number of other staff members that all were helpful and treated us like family. Such a good team there. We were able to shop, buy and drive away all in the same afternoon. (It seemed so easy.) Thank you Atig Popal and Alexandria VW, for such a positive experience!

I worked with Bear for the majority of my purchase and was very pleased. He was professional and knowledgeable. Sean was also very responsive and reasonable.

Dealer had the car we inquired about on-site and ready for test drive. Did not disclose that the charger was missing. Did not disclose that the window tinting was in excess of Maryland registration requirements. Was straightforward on price and fees.

After walking around and seeing price points etc I started to be drawn to a new Jetta. Bill and Mitch were excellent sales people as both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Also something I really appreciated about this place is they dont harass you with calls etc after leaving. Great to work with Spence and Tony while purchasing my wife's new VW Golf. I was a little stressed having my two young kids with me, but they were more than accommodating and understanding. Spence is on top of his game and knows VWs inside and out; super professional and approachable. Tony was the sales manager and was able to make the buying experience quite comfortable. Toss any preconcieved notions of "typical" salesman tactics, this man wants you to leave satisfied. We came in already knowing exactly which car we wanted, so perhaps that added to the ease of the transaction. I have no doubt that even an uncertain buyer would have a great experience as well.

I was deeply impressed with the lack of pressure, we felt throughout this entire process. From calling to set up a test drive, to signing the papers. Our Sales person Jeffery was so helpful. He had the car up front and ready to go when we arrived. They were willing to let me hold the car until my husband could come back with me to test drive and were so helpful. We were nervous about the dreaded "Used Car Haggling and there was none of that. They allowed us to have an outside mechanic check out the car before we purchased. We left feeling that we were getting an amazing car, for a great price and were extremely happy and impressed by the entire process. Jeffery was our Sales, Barry was the Manager who also worked with us, and Carlos was our finance person. Really impressive team all around, highly recommend them for any car buying needs.
