I have leased two cars from Steve Rodgers at Galpin and I have had nothing but positive experiences! I recently saw my tire lights come on, and even though I didn't have an appointment that day, I stopped by the Volkswagen dealership anyway. They were able to take care of me right away and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Before coming to him, I used to dread going to car dealerships, but now, I get excited when I "have" to go in, because he truly make me feel like a friend; like family. His kindness, customer service and attentiveness to anything I may need is consistent and unwavering. I have referred everyone I know to him and I will continue to go to him for all of my vehicles!

Routine oil change and a factory recall appointment. Vehicle completed as promised . Shuttle service driver super nice ! Dan in service reviewed everything thoroughly . Texted me when work complete . I like the feel of this smaller dealership as service dept and customer care very important to me. Great job!!!

I rate the entire buying experience with sales rep, Abby Miller, outstanding. She had a positive attitude from the minute she said "hello" and never gave up until we drove off in a new Jetta. She even followed through when we brought the car back for its 2 week check up. She really is an excellent sales rep. The facility was clean and modern, with cars beautifully displayed. Financing was handled quickly and efficiently and everyone we dealt with was pleasant, supportive and courteous. We had heard a strange noise, just before our two week check up and the car was checked from top to bottom,and test driven before we left, to be sure nothing was overlooked.The car is running beautifully. So our entire experience was wonderful and we rate the entire experience as an excellent one

Had to buy a lug key for my passat. The service guy was excellent on matching up the right one. He worked with me from the first call. Had me send him a pic of the pattern and when I arrived at the dealership it was ready with a smile. The price was good and the service was quick. Would recommend to anyone and will deal with in all future transactions!!

We really wanted to upgrade our Tiguan to Atlas and Michael Deacon help us with that. They entertained us so well together with Chris and Shaun and make things possible. My family were so excited to hop in the 2024 Atlas. This vehicle is so attractive with its lights specially at night. I can turn on the heated steering wheel ? specially this winter season such a good upgrade. The wireless phone charger is more powerful coz it can charge my phone with a thick cover. Such a good deal and an upgrade. Volkswagen is really a good brand. My friends on Facebook are approving it too. After pricing the car at 5 other dealerships they hands down offered me a great price on their 1st offer. No need to go back and forth and see who came closest to the number I had in mind. They were within $10. I immediately drove 3 hours, got to choose from an excellent selection, got more than I expected and left within a few hours. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had.
