Jerome Knobloch was amazing! I sent in my inquiry online, and he got with me right away. He was so responsive, and did everything by text. We had a couple phones calls, but they were super short. I rate the entire buying experience with sales rep, Abby Miller, outstanding. She had a positive attitude from the minute she said "hello" and never gave up until we drove off in a new Jetta. She even followed through when we brought the car back for its 2 week check up. She really is an excellent sales rep. The facility was clean and modern, with cars beautifully displayed. Financing was handled quickly and efficiently and everyone we dealt with was pleasant, supportive and courteous. We had heard a strange noise, just before our two week check up and the car was checked from top to bottom,and test driven before we left, to be sure nothing was overlooked.The car is running beautifully. So our entire experience was wonderful and we rate the entire experience as an excellent one
