Overall experience was very positive, I am very experienced in the buying process as this could be my 30th car buying experience as I have helped so many friends and family members in buying and negotiating. On Saturday 6/21/2025 me and my wife, Peter and Monica, went to the City VW Irving Park dealer to inquire about trading in our old 2022 Tiguan for a new 2024. Right from the entrance we worked with David Alcaraz who helped us with all the explanations, all the documentation and testing the car.
