I came in after a dissappointing visit to Family Volkswagen of Burleson. Tim messaged me and showed me videos of the cars I was interested in and was super nice in getting me some rough numbers over the phone to make my visit more smooth since I live far. Repaired our VW air conditioning unit in three days. Another dealership failed to repair it in three attempts covering a period of over a month.
