My husband and I were in a bad car accident 2 months ago and my car was totaled. I wanted to check out a few other options before making a decision, so I left and now I realize I wasted a lot of time and frustration when I did that! After visiting 3 other VW dealerships and experiencing some incredibly shady salespeople, I decided it was time to go back to my hometown dealership. Frank and Marcus were amazing. With all of the medical bills piling up, we were trying to stay within a certain price range and the two of them worked tirelessly to make the deal happen without making it feel like a torturous process. Once we reached an agreement, Manny was so helpful and walked me through all of the paperwork explaining everything clearly.
