New and used 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0T SE R-Line Black 4MOTION for sale near Wheeling, IL

Myk Barta greeted us when we arrived at the Crown Toyota dealership and worked with us as we considered several different models and options. As prior Crown customers we were used to their low pressure approach, and Myk did not disappoint. When we didn't find what we were looking for he suggested waiting to see a car currently in transit. After we selected a vehicle he helped us move comfortably through the test drive, trade-in, purchase and delivery processes. During the signing and title transfer Chase moved us quickly through the paperwork without pushing service or warranty options we had already told Myk we did not want. We have purchased several different makes over the last 50 years but since 2007 this is our third consecutive Toyota. Their quality cars are one big reason, but the Crown dealership, its service department, and people like Myk and Chase are another.

My wife and I considered a lot of dealerships to buy from but I always kept going back and searching their website and reaching out to the VW team because of the friendliness, the quick response to my questions and the understanding of letting the customer take their time to decide. I’ve just leased my second car with Executive Volkswagen of North Haven, and plan to do so again in the future! I told them what I was looking for and they called me the second the car arrived, talk about great customer service!!! I can’t say enough good things about the staff, especially David, who was my sales consultant for both cars. If you want an honest car dealership with friendly staff, this is the place!

Reached out about a car. They provided all answers I needed. We weren’t able to make it work for us, but they offered an above average trade in, and were responsive.

Nate worked me in immediately and had broken brake light repaired within 15 minutes and only charged for the bulb costs. I had gone to AutoZone to fix it myself, but AutoZone wouldn't touch it since panels had to be removed. Was very pleased with their courtesy and getting the brake light repaired on short notice. Great service from my sales consultant and F and I. Bob Shell, Bod Roads and Brent in service were all very knowledgeable of the Audi. The whole buying process was very satisfactory.

I had been shopping for a replacement car for several months. After trying at least 5 different dealerships, mainly in Michigan, I found a Passat listed for sale at Gurley Leep Motorwerks. I test drove two of them but decided against both. Joel must have paid attention to what I was looking for and my desired budget. He contacted me about a Passat they brought back in off of a lease agreement and let me see it before it was all cleaned up. None of the other dealerships gave me this type of consideration. It turns out this other Passat was exactly what I wanted, and Gurley Leep worked with me to get it to fit into my desired price range. I am a VERY happy/satisfied customer. I keep my cars for an average of 10 years, but I will definitely come back here when I need to get a vehicle. Dear reader: highest recommendation! And I don't give that rating very often.

I'm a little confused, because email asks or a review of the service department. My purchase experience at Gurley Leep was better than any other dealership, and I've dealt with many in Indianapolis, Princeton, Evansville, and several in SW Michigan. Joel was an excellent sales person for my purchase experience. He was courteous, professional, and was very familiar with all of the cars he showed me. I plan to contact him again when I am ready for a different car. This is my second review because I keep getting email requests to submit one.

I bought a 2014 VW Passat Sel Premium from this dealer ship in 2018. There was a small dent on the hood, but a tech fixed it perfectly. Sales Rep. Caril Bernard helped me find just the right Passat since I am in NC and had to have it shipped. Caril made sure everything was right. The car had 24K miles but looked new when delivered.

We had been looking for the 1st car for my daughter and were lucky enough to find one close by in Vegas. Ihor was amazing and welcoming. Very smooth experience at the dealership. Ihor came to work on his birthday and we really appreciate that. Thank you again
