I just brought my car in for servicing and everything was done without any hassle. The service staff was friendly and professional. They asked questions and made sure everything was done right the first time.

We made arrangements to go view a 4Runner for sale one night in February 2021. Upon arrival, the vehicle was outside, warming up, as it was winter. The salesman, Joel Miller, was polite, courteous, and friendly. There was no pressure ever felt in our dealings with him. We were able to go for a test-drive, and upon our return, he even pulled the vehicle into a well-lit and heated delivery area for a more comfortable closer inspection of the vehicle. Joel answered all of our questions, and was a pleasure to work with. I forsee us going back this fall when we are ready to purchase.

They didn’t have any hidden fees, I explain to Deborah what the price was on Cars.com and she didn’t add any hidden fees like Luis from Elks Volkswagen. I bought a used vehicle from Fairfield Volkswagen last night (3/3/20). I found the car online, went in on Monday night (3/2/20) to check it out and test drive it. I started the process Monday night of filling out paperwork and completed it Tuesday. Steve H. was amazing to work with in purchasing my vehicle. The process was easy and smooth. Everyone I talked with at the dealership was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend purchasing a used or new vehicle from them.

No one is perfect, but AV Volkswagen comes close. Every one on the staff has been courteous and helpful to me in the six years since I purchased a used Jetta. I even stop by when the time changes for help in adjusting the clock because I am technology challenged and they graciously assist me although I'm not spending money on those particular days.

I recently bought a 2022 Arteon from Mike Maymon - the whole process was a breeze. I drove an hour and a half from Massachusetts for this specific vehicle and wasn't disappointed.
