Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Ben and Maloy were great! They made the process of buying a new car painless and easy. Normally, you would spend all day in a dealership, Ben had us in and out, what seemed, in a matter of minutes. A+ A+ Bravo!! 😘🤩
Overdue review, but I purchased a used vehicle late in 2017 and I had a pleasant and very positive experience throughout the purchase process and for my first follow up visit. Specifically, during the preliminary stages, I dealt with a sales rep and the owner directly. The entire staff were very professional, timely, and accommodating to my busy schedule. When I returned a few weeks later with a maintenance issue and questions, I dealt with the Service Department and they were awesome as well. I'm glad to return to the BMW family!
My husband and I purchased a 2015 Acura MDX two weeks ago and were extremely happy with the service and the price! We called late afternoon on a Friday and our salesman, Christian, stayed late and made sure we were takes care of every step of the way!!! Thanks!:)
I originally came in to ask about the new 2019 RAV4, for which little information had been disseminated to the dealers by that time. The only thing of which they were certain was the late December release date. Warren took the opportunity to tell me about the deals going on for the 2018 RAV4. I am no fan of the exterior styling of this generation, but Warren found me one that not only was colored to minimize the aspects of the body that bother me, but also include the things I was seeking in a new vehicle (AWD, better gas mileage, upgraded safety and technology features, etc.). He was able to answer my questions and had a much-appreciated sincerity. The last thing I wanted was to feel manipulated by a slick-talking salesman and Warren was the perfect salesman to deal with me. Overall, a pleasant buying experience and I am becoming happier with my purchase with each mile.

The service was consumer-oriented, timely, and offered the right price. Jim showed me different cars until we found the one that was perfect for me and with the right terms. His service was low pressure. I'd certainly return to Napleton's to buy another car.
My salesman, Malik Harris, was so amazing to work with. He worked with me for as long as it took, on my schedule, even came in on his day off to help me get my brand new Hyundai. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and options I was interested in. The process for getting a loan was also exceptional. I definitely recommend Malik and this dealership for your next car purchase!!!
I needed a new car, but didn???t know what I wanted. Brad was patient and let me take my time exploring my options. He was very knowledgeable about multiple car manufactures. I ended up visiting Brad 3 times before he finally helped me find the right car for me. After I purchased my vehicle, I noticed my windshield wiper was worn and I had trouble with my radio playing while my phone was connected. I gave Brad a call and he had me come by. Within 15 minutes I was on my way with a new wiper blade Brad took care of and an easy solution to my radio issue. Not only did I invest in a car I love, but also experienced the best customer service I could have asked for!
We have purchased several vehicles from Shields. We always have a good experience. Pete and Butch were great all through the purchase process, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Would HIGHLY recommend Shields in Paxton!
