Matt is a great sales guy. We purchased three Subaru's within a year. We absolutely love our Subaru's and Matt is our go to guy. He is patient and answers all your questions. Event after you leave if you have questions he will respond promptly. I would definitely recommend Matt and this dealership.
The staff made the experience about as painless as an expensive auto repair process can be.
A new e-brake install was at first adjusted too tight which caused a smoking caliper within a few miles of leaving the shop. Although the shop had just closed for the night they had me turn right around and made it right within about a half hour or so. I would expect no less really, but it was good that they were there, made it right, with a smile, and sent me on my way.
You also pay through the nose. But I guess that's to be expected from a German car dealer in Bernardsville NJ. Oh well.
Domingo was a great salesman. Friendly and helpful through the entire transaction. No pressure selling...great deal on a great car. Financing took longer than expected but that is true of most dealers these days.

I give Hamilton Volkswagen a 5 star rating because they try to get you in as soon as possible and take care of business. While in for a cosmetic issue I was made aware of a recall check and it was also fixed. I???ve never had an issue while at Hamilton Volkswagen.
The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended ???ECM Programming.??? My question, if you???re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn???t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Strangely, the R/O says it was performed
We worked with Vinny and I would highly recommend him as your sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable about these vehicles and their safety features, which was one of the main reasons I was getting a CX-5 with the Grand Touring trim and Premium package. We told him that we wanted to buy the car cash and get out of there quickly and he made this happen. The only thing I would recommend to this dealership is to get some half and half or heavy cream for the fridge by the coffee machine instead of having just the powder creamer.
