We showed me every model available based on what i told him I was looking for, the models she showed me didn?t disappoint me! I am new to Rhode Island so he explained to me everything I needed to do and he was extremely patient with me and willing to work with me at all times, which is something many others lack of!

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. I have had my Altas for over 4 years and I keep on falling in love with it each and very day. Extremely comfortable space and overall a perfect size SUV for a family of 5. We have had and continue to have amazing long road trips with this beauty and we will carry the memories we continue to make in our heart for the rest of our lives.

Everybody nowadays wants a review. So here we go. Carmax was a different experience! Better then what I've delt with in the past. Everything went smoothe and efficiently. The way it should be, no exceptions. Did they jump through hoops? NO! Did they offer me a drink? NO! Did they call me a week later to ask how I was enjoying my purchase? NO! They did the basics and only what they were getting paid to do. Still waiting 2 weeks plus to here back from service. You wanted my review, you got it!

My wife and I were going shopping for a new SUV at a Subaru dealership but weren't sure about the CVT on the Forester when we ran across a used 2014 Tiguan with only 1,700 miles on it. We both liked the functional but restrained look of the interior of the Tiguan with its smaller, well-integrated screen rather than the fussy look of dashboards in other cars. This Tiguan was the SEL with every option other than 4 motion. With nearly 80,000 miles on it, I am still pleased on how it handles in Los Angeles freeway traffic. It has enough power to smoothly merge onto freeways and it has very tight and true tracking despite freeway bumps and potholes. Reliability has been very good. This model year solved the chain tensioner issue plaguing earlier years and this was also one of the last model years to be built in Germany so its fit and finish has held up very well.

I must be an exception. I have had no issues with my Tiguan at all after a year and a half of ownership. Bought in October, 2021. I do notice the hesitation on start up but it’s not an issue. I had an Audi allroad and was considering the Q5 but, you get pretty much all the same features with the Tiguan that the price difference just wasn’t justified for me. Plenty of get up and space when you need it. I’m a life long VAG customer so the quirks don’t deter me. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the Tiguan.

Good all - around vehicle...decent power, roomy and comfortable interior, quiet and smooth ride, good handling and nice steering feel, great gas mileage, good visibility... Freeway passing requires a bit of patience and planning...

I purchased a 2022 VW Tiguan just the other day at Balise VW in West Warwick, RI. As always, my interactions with Wade Murray and the staff at this location were stellar. I have purchased no fewere than 8 Jettas from Balise over the years, and Wade Murray has been my go-to guy during all that time. I keep returning to Balise because of the service and the attention that I get when I go there, and because of the ease with which all my transactions have been conducted. I will always return to Balise as long as I'm still driving.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

2022 SEL R-Line I see the other negative reviews which is unfortunate but I have not had one issue with my 2022 Tiguan. I purchased in October 2021 and have enjoyed the car since purchase. Well appointed with all amenities that come with the Audi Q5 which I was also considering. I went with the Tiguan because all you’re getting with the Q5 is the clout. Long distance driving is amazing as the car basically drives itself. Perhaps I got lucky but I’ve not experienced anything negative so far. Would highly recommend.

Didn’t waste our time. Originally came in for test drive - didn’t get any runaround or pressure, they just let us drive the car. When we had an appointment, they were on time - at most dealers, appointments seem to mean nothing, but not Tasca. Helpful, friendly, professional staff. Comfortable, new showroom. Generally made it very easy to buy the car. Anthony in sales, also finance manager and GM were great.

Just bought the car, and I absolutely LOVE IT! I purchased my Cross Sport at the Beaumont, Texas location, and had the fastest and easiest process. I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

Bought remotely from a couple states away. Opted to arrange my own financing. Ken & Joe were very patient, holding the vehicle (with minimal deposit) while lender rqmts. for availability of funds were met. They made it EZ. An all around awesome experience! When I went to get the vehicle I purchased, the only distraction was their impressive inventory!

Because I received no Owner's Manual (supposedly back-ordered), I might as well be driving a random rental. Without the manual, I am unable to use or unaware of many of the latest features. The basic driving features such as acceleration, braking, steering, and road feel are good. The hatch-back vs. trunk along with folding rear seats creates a wonderfully large carrying space. On the negative side, there is a noticeable vibration at idle and the shifts are clunky. Overall, I am pleased with the car since it suits my needs nicely.

Along with being more affordable and The 2021 Volkswagen Jetta GLI has the same amazing driving attributes that make the Golf GTI a smash hit, and that earned it an Editors' Choice award. Although the hatchback has a nicer interior, it's actually the sedan that's more practical, thanks to its roomier back seat and bigger trunk. Both VWs boast a potent 228-hp turbocharged four-cylinder that mates to either an engaging manual transmission or a quicker-shifting automatic. The having a bigger back seat, the Jetta GLI sedan has the same performance acumen as the Golf GTI hatchback.

Sean walked through all of the repairs with a no pressure attitude focusing on the problem reported and some other important issues noted in the visual inspection. The service tech provided a video walkthrough of the issues and a visual inspection. Sean kept me up to date on the progress via text. The service was complete and delivered as expected.

I recently bought a 2022 Arteon from Mike Maymon - the whole process was a breeze. I drove an hour and a half from Massachusetts for this specific vehicle and wasn't disappointed. I have had my atlas for 1 year 56000 + miles on the road. Interior has some big oops we diddnt think of thats. Phone charger in cubby. Useless shifter and drinks make it un usable . Drivers seat way too far to the right not centered to cluster, the steering wheel and distance between door to seat and seat to console. RightKnee developes bruses against console. Plugs for usb, audio and lighter is like threading a needle in a inclosed black dark box. Accident waiting to happen ... that is all for now trading it in for a truck.

Other dealerships in Milwaukee were dismissive. A few of the dealers in Chicago told us they had the exact car we wanted but then it was mysteriously sold before we could reserve it. Adams and Fabian are extraordinary. If we decide to get another VW, we're inclined to work with Balise, and we will absolutely reach out to Adams and Fabian in the future. I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)
