I bought a 2014 VW Passat SE in 2014 Brand New. I have done all the recommended maintenance on the car since I bought it and I have never had it break on me. I just hit 100k last month. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago and I hit what appeared to be a piece of concrete or asphalt in the road. It made a loud thud under my car and I immediately lost power and the car turned off. I had it towed to the dealership. Whatever I hit took out my fuel pump that is inside the gas tank. They charged me $2100 to fix it. So I can tell you first hand these cars are reliable if you do all the maintenance like you are supposed to. But when they do Break, they cost way more than they should to fix them!

This was one of my favorite cars I test drove, but also one of the base models. It has a huge trunk and tons of room for a car seat or 2. Gets an average of 38-40mpg which is awesome for my driving to and from work.

This car has a very roomy interior and the SEL premium option and a bunch oh technology upgrades that are great to have. Heated seats, duel climate control and remote start are standard.

The Passat is a solid sedan and very reliable. I like the way it drives and feels on the road. The interior is very good size with more backseat and trunk room by far. The R Line is the best

TDI. Great mileage - 40 mpg at 75 mph. Always starts in the winter. Very solid and dependable vehicle and fun to drive! This is the second TDI Jetta I have owned. A shame they don't make them anymore!

I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)

I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.

I can only speak for the sales department which was great. No high pressure at all. I bought another truck from Rick Case several years ago and recall a very positive experience then. I am glad to I had another great experience last week. The entire sales department was very helpful. The very nice lady in the finance office was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I did notice two additional add-ons to the final sales contract that I had not noticed previously, but they removed it without any problem at all. Some other customers may have decided they wanted those options but I did not and it was not a problem. I think they did a great job. Very happy to buy my vehicle from them. I also traded a very nice truck and I must say they gave me top dollar from what I had expected if I sold it privately. All in all a great experience and I got a tremendous valuable deal.

I bought a 21 SEL Premium with 5k miles on it. Has fully digital dashboard display which is awesome because it's fully customizable, and you can even use the entire screen to display a map which shows local businesses as you drive near them. This vehicle also has Beats by Dre which I find terribly disappointing. My 2012 Toyota Camry had a JBL sound system which was 3 times better than this system. It also (at times) creates a bass thump when I make a call while listening to the radio which is irritating. The other issue that has me bummed was the cruise control system would fail half the time. I just got it fixed yesterday but time will tell as I've only engaged it once since dealership fixed it. The cabin feels very comfortable and is quiet on the road. The lane departure assist and assisted cruise control are impressive features that most will appreciate. Steering wheel controls are also nice features.

The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.

My recent purchase of a Lincoln Continental with Lincoln dealership of Cutler Bay was a unique experience, having to deal with every department of the Sales force and Service . At one point in the transaction with a customer that is “always right” and a dealership that is “never wrong” it becomes difficult to establish a bond of trust. Trust is established outside the realm of right and wrong when righteousness prevails. Here we have a customer and dealer with sales and service. Happy to report that trust was establish as all issues were reasonably resolved. In all transactions there will be issues but the customer is not always right and dealership wrong. Be righteous and it will return to you with benefits. I recommend Lincoln of Cutler Bay . Bring “the buyer beware attitude” quote under reasonable control. This is the first endorsement ever given by me after 50+ years in Miami business affairs.

This was the 1st car that I bought brand new a 2012 jeddah station wagon I like this car a lot have a 150000 miles on it only one issue and that was resolved quickly I keep it maintained I take care of oil changes when needed And it has been a very good car

Gotta give a ton of love to Mo who was the product specialist that drove from Weston to Boynton to drop off my gorgeous new Atlas at 9:00 at night. Even though he had an over hour long drive back to his house in Hialea - he took his time and was overly glad to make sure I knew about all of the functionality that the vehicle offers. My neighbor who’s big into cars came over to check the car out and also listen in on Mo’s spiel about features and functionality. My neighbor has 2 new Bentleys, a new Range Rover, and a brand new Mercedes that he just got. I mention this because my neighbor (who clearly has a ton of experience with car salesman and car buying experiences) was amazed at how ABOVE AND BEYOND Mo went to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle. I want to Gunther first, and I promise if I would’ve known about the different features, I never would’ve walked out and had the opportunity to speak to Kimberliz, Mo, and Dane at Rick Case. It goes to show that doing right by the customer and going the extra mile helps solidify sales just as much as providing the most aggressive price. Rick Case truly made my buying experience easy even though I didn’t make their selling experience simple. Yes, I’m “that” guy. Again, thank you Rick Case team and especially Mo. This car was hard to find had to travel 500 miles to pick it up.. I traded in my 2020 jetta SEL Premium. I purchased mine with the manual transmission.. Plenty fast for me... It gets several miles less to the gallon then my jetta sel, but is way more fun to drive.... This is my 5th Volkswagen, I commute every day to my jobs... Until I have a problem with Volkswagen I will continue to buy them, so far they've been great reliable vehicles...
