A few days after I received the Foerster a rock hit my windshield and left a crack. The service department fixed it and gave me a free loaner car during the process. Iwas very pleased. After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

I have owned many cars, but have NEVER received the compliments like I do on this vehicle. I have a 2019 VW Arteon SEL Premium R-Line 4 Motion. It now has 82,000 and I bought it with under 30,000 3 years ago. I love this car. I perform all scheduled maintenance, but otherwise have not spent a dime in the repair shop. Prior to the end of the manufacturer warranty, I purchased the extended warranty to 150k miles or 10 years. The vehicle has the most spacious back seat of any car out there, with a 6-3 person able to fit without knees touching with front seat set normally. One thing I have not seen mentioned is, that with all of the other amazing features, the car will perfectly parallel park itself and will let you know if a spot is big enough. I just learned about this myself in last month. I played with it and it works perfectly. All you do is shift and give a little gas, but it does all steering. I have taken several trips of hundreds of miles each. In this car, they are very comfortable and easy. The seat massage is sufficient and the ventilated seats work great. Mileage, performance, ride quality, and comfort are amazing. Recently, I had a new BMW X5 as a rental. I couldn’t wait to get back to my Arteon. Any Arteon owner will agree how magnificently they steer and drive. I love everything about this best kept secret in the auto business. I plan to keep this car till the wheels fall off. A first for me. I highly recommend this car. Thank you VW for making such an amazing vehicle. Oh, by the way, the Arteon was made in Germany and is of impeccable build quality, as we all expect from the Germans.

IT set up my phone for me and explained all the features of the car and showed me how they work. I did not feel pressure and the entire experience only took about 2 1/2 hours. Was originally looking for a 2015 Passat diesel. Found a 2017 Passat Sel with 14000 certified miles. Love the elegant look of the big sedan. Front and rear seating is almost limousine like. The ride is excellent. The handling is pretty good too. Pick up from the 1.8 litter 4 is more than adequate. My gas mileage around town is anywhere from 25 on the low end to about 29 when I really watch it. On the expressway it's amazing. I have a brother in Wisconsin and the drive is about 95 miles. I have never averaged less than 40 and as high as 43.4 mpg. I guess I don't need a diesel. Own it 3 years now and I'd recommend one to anyone looking for a great ride with looks and great gas milage to boot. If I have one complaint it would be the touch radio and infotainment center. It is very touchy and doesn't work half the time. It just gets stuck on the last station you were on. It should be recalled as I have read that others also have this issue. Other than that I love my Passat.

I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

I bought a 2014 VW Passat SE in 2014 Brand New. I have done all the recommended maintenance on the car since I bought it and I have never had it break on me. I just hit 100k last month. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago and I hit what appeared to be a piece of concrete or asphalt in the road. It made a loud thud under my car and I immediately lost power and the car turned off. I had it towed to the dealership. Whatever I hit took out my fuel pump that is inside the gas tank. They charged me $2100 to fix it. So I can tell you first hand these cars are reliable if you do all the maintenance like you are supposed to. But when they do Break, they cost way more than they should to fix them!

I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

It is sleek, has the best safety features in it's class that we found, has front and back heated seats in it's cold weather package. Looks great is comfortable and has a very roomy large trunk.

Lot of car for the price, most of the part underneath the hood are Audi's. Even though VW went low on quality with trims and plastic. They stood on mark on technology, drivability and sportiness. Lot of fun to drive with DSG especially when shifting to manual mode. Great car overall!!

Bought a 2016 CPO with about 65k miles. (Never had to use the warranty). 1.8 L turbo engine has surprising low end torque and lots of highway passing HP. GREAT MPG! Lots of leg room for all passengers. A really great road trip car. Lost it in a crash @ 110k :(

I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.
