Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

I have had my atlas for 1 year 56000 + miles on the road. Interior has some big oops we diddnt think of thats. Phone charger in cubby. Useless shifter and drinks make it un usable . Drivers seat way too far to the right not centered to cluster, the steering wheel and distance between door to seat and seat to console. RightKnee developes bruses against console. Plugs for usb, audio and lighter is like threading a needle in a inclosed black dark box. Accident waiting to happen ... that is all for now trading it in for a truck.

2023 Taos really fits. Even having the S model. The SUV looks slick! Gas mileage is pretty darn good! And the response for a 4 cylinder is great! Really happy with my purchase! Best looking SUV youll find in the $25k-$30k area!

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

I got the SE V6, which handles very well. This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.

Car is a gem. Lots of room, handles well and has the power I need. I have the V6. When compared to the other cars of its size I drove including BMW, Mercedes and Audi. You get a car that has the German quality and sophisticated engineering yet saves thousands. I love it.

Don’t listen to the complainers. It’s a great SUV!! This is my 2nd cross port. 1st was 2020 SEL tech pkg. now I opted for the SEL R Line. Car is great. It’s comfortable it’s classy the interior with the ambient lighting takes it up a few notches. Has all the safety options needed and more including the heads up display. Everything is pricey today so definitely not cheap. But the retuned engine is appreciated compared to the previous 4 cyl. Wish it was better fuel economy but not a deal breaker. The car is roomy organized and thought out of placing the more frequent “buttons” handy. The entire vehicle has been redone. Structurally the same but almost everything is a new! It’s been a week with the new model - looks like an Audi but more impressive than one. LOVE IT!!!

I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. Great exterior styling, has all the key interior features and creature comforts. From a quite smooth ride, roomy interior, comfortable front and rear seats, a well thought out dash configuration, large sunroof, and great sounding radio, just to name a few. Atlas Cross Sport offers a lot of options. We were thoroughly impressed with the overall quality of this vehicle inside and out.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!
