I’ve had my share of crap with dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with a very patient knowledgeable salesman “John” at this location. He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.

I LOVE THIS CAR!!! so comfortable, roomy, perfect for this family of 4. Pleanty of room for my 17yr and 9 yr old to have their own space. Drives like dream the options are endless. I will definitely be getting another one when it’s time to buy again!!!

I chose this Tiguan as it is large enough for me to carry my skis inside. It is extremely good on gas. It is very quiet on the road handles very well is very comfortable and is loaded with many safety and convenience features that I did not know I would even appreciate. It is very comfortable and enjoyable to drive.

We bought a 2019 Tiguan and we are very impressed. We've had many Toyotas and this is our first VW. Driveability is awesome, comfort is excellent. We will wait to see if it's as long lasting as a Toyota.

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

I've always absolutely loved this car for ALL of its awesomeness, but I decided to write this review today because my Tiguan saved my life. I've owned it for 5 years and enjoyed all of it - for its reliability, performance, comfor, style - you name it. But today, thanks to this car and its safety (airbags performance in particular), I am still alive, so I wanted to write this review because this car truly deserves it. Thank you to all the people who've made this car.

I wasn’t really looking forward to car shopping — we all know how that usually goes. But working with AZ completely changed my expectations. The whole process felt easy, honest, and surprisingly enjoyable.

Great car for the money. I like everything about it except the Infotainment system. It would be nice to have an aux input and a cd player.

Best car I’ve ever owned. I bought it used with 10k miles for $17.5k in 2018. I’ve drove for Lyft for 2 years and recently drove it from California to South Carolina. It’s has never broke down, had to replace the tires a few times but nothing but basic maintenance. I’m at 112k miles and going strong. One small accident the other 2 cars were totaled mine had minor damage on the front driver side. I love my VW.

I bought this car new in Miami after my CR-V was totaled. I've owned at least one VW since 1974 and currently own a 2018 Beetle sedan and a 2019 Beetle Final Edition SEL convertible. I loved to drive the 2010 Tiguan SEL until I reached the 105,000 mile mark and the instrument panel failed and had to be replaced (which was not cheap). I got it fixed and my neighbor finally convinced me to sell it to him. I miss that vehicle and will test drive the new TAOS when it is available.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. In the past, I have bought many vehicles from various dealerships and I can tell you that Trend Auto is the best!!! I cannot recommend their top notch service highly enough. I love this car. there are so many perks, but also a couple cons. 1. I love the interior, the buttons are very easy to understand. 2. I LOVE THE ALERT IT GIVES WHEN YOU'RE TOO CLOSE TO A CAR, literally saved me from so many accidents. 3. it has a third row, which I didn't even find out about until a year after having my car, which was sick. although I love this car, but its not great in the winter. I probably got stuck about 40 times last year (not exaggerating). but I got new tires and were gonna see how it treats me. one of the only things I don't like about the interior is the center console. its really deep and I tend to lose things in there and it gets messy quickly. Overall I want to say that I definitely have emotional attachment to my blue volskwagon Tiguan, and don't know when ill ever let it go. I hope this review helps somebody.

Bought this new in September 2019. LES model. Has about 20,000 miles on it. Because we drive mostly city miles I’ve changed oil at 6.000 mile intervals. Engine uses no oil. Only problem I’ve had was the front rotors warped at 10.000 miles. They are made from inferior steel and rust easily when you wash the car. Replaced them with aftermarket parts. I like the way the car handles. I’ve driven for many years and many cars. I can honestly say I enjoy driving this car.

I purchased my SEL from a dealership with only 13k miles. Great Value with every option you can get in a car the only thing it doesn't come with is a Heads Up Mph Display. The Fender Speakers System with Apple Car Play sounds rich. It has Wifi Bluetooth ,Heated back seats, Trunk Release by Foot, Remote Start, Rain Sensing wipers, auto dim rearview mirror. Door Entry lights auto, unlocks car automatically with a push button start. I wish the engine had more muscle. Overall so far 4.5 Stars
