The rims arrived in perfect shape. It may seem a simple thing for a manager to be responsive and proactive in communication, but I don't take it for granted. Dan set the bar for others.

We purchased a 2024 XC90 on August 12. We were close to buying this vehicle 2 years ago but chose the larger Lexus TX instead, also purchased from Hendrik. We decided a couple of months ago to purchase another vehicle that we could house at our apartment in Harrison, NY and decided to revisit this vehicle because we like the car and the staff at Hendrik Volvo was quite attentive 2 years ago and nothing has changed since then. We worked primarily with TJ two years ago and this time as well. TJ is friendly, knowledgeable and hyper focused on communication and follow up. We felt we got a nice vehicle at a fair price.
