I entered, 23-25 Toyota Camry awd, in search, and the first car that came up I asked to see it, got quick response and appointment. Then I came and did a test drive. Very friendly and patient staff. Then came again for trade in estimate. Less that couple weeks later I did purchase. I do wish there was more literature that could be reviewed, about different plans available, provided prior to final signing.

Fun, smart, and practical. Makes driving both a pleasure and a sport. The best handling vehicle I've ever driven in the snow. Make recommendation is buy it!

Bruce was great! Very attentive, responsive, honest and fair. The deal was pretty much made before I made the 1.5 hr ride to WRJ and no haggling was required. Being a late Saturday, they could not finish the deal and offered to drive the car to us. Any issues or concerns with the used vehicle we purchased was taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. When I arrived, all of the salespeople were busy with other customers, however they allowed me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and take it to lunch while the sale floor cleared. The purchasing process was excellent with all staff being accommodating, professional, and kind through the entire process. I like that their vehicles are priced right to begin with and that the process is streamlined in a way that does not waste time - other dealers tend to drag out the bottom line with many visits to the sales manager to work the best deal when they know at the onset if they can meet the bottom line deal. One of the best cars I have ever owned . Styling is simply gorgeous inside and out with great use of interior materials. Luxury features like the headlights B+W sound system, massage seats, cooled glove box and so on are nice touches. Its a Volvo so you expect safety and everything works seamlessly together including the ADAS features, emergency braking, headlights that turn around corners and the highway pilot feature. The trunk is spacious and has a wide opening, so spacious that I can fit in objects like large TVs and table tops that you cannot get into many SUVs and a self leveling suspension ensure that the car maintains poise with any load. The suspension and power train have many settings that adjust the feel from a comfortable grand tourer to a more sporty ride. or pick ECO for great MPG and the off road setting gives you that little extra ground clearance when needed. Lastly, it has performed flawlessly with no unscheduled maintenance in nearly 3 years and the Volvo scheduled service has been exceptional. I am so happy with the. It will be top of my list when looking for another new car!

The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

When people think about buying their dream car, it’s normal to immediately think about Lamborghini or Ferrari. For me, I wanted my dream “real world” car. I’ve always loved the way stationwagons look and the Volvo V90 just caught my eye. To me the Mercedes just looks weird and the BMW, boring. The Volvo in my honest opinion, just looks stunning. I’ve always admired the Volvo station wagon look but never liked the interiors at all, until now. Understated elegant luxury. Not blingy or OTT just gorgeous.. So here we have my 2018 V90 CC with every option. I think it’s amazing. I bought it used with 34,500 miles and it still looks brand new. The interior smells of that Napa leather as soon as you enter. It’s a fantastic place to sit. On a long Freeway stint the seat massagers are almost too decadent and the Bowers & Wilkins sound system is stunning. General driving of this machine also does not disappoint. It just feels solid, safe and powerful. Mine is the T6 engine which is both supercharged and turbocharged. It gives 316 horsepower, tons of torque and with AWD, pulls and handles beautifully. I’m sure other cars can go faster around a twisty racetrack but this Volvo will seem amazing to anyone who drives in real world conditions, like 99.9% of us. It’s utterly comfortable, one of the safest cars on the road and is fast, yet drives better than you expected it to. The driver assistance tech is also amazing. I just did 300 miles on the freeway and felt as good at the end as when I got in. Pilot Assist really takes the strain away. Safer knowing this car is literally looking out for you. I could go on and on but this is literally one of the best cars on the road. Looks gorgeous too... If you too like a wagon, are bored of huge SUV’s and want something fun to drive, then do go and have a look at the V90 CC. I highly recommend these cars....

I purchased my first Volvo in 1996 after I was hit head-on by another driver and suffered a head injury! I knew that VOLVO the safest car on the road at that time and I needed the security of a safer car!!! I have now owned 7 Volvo’s and I can not give a complaint about any of them... they proved comfort, security in the ride, speed when needed, room for my friend and family on any trip, great gas mileage, etc!

I never left the house. DLR came to me! They brought the car I was interested in to my home for a test drive. And, they brought it back the next day after I informed them I was going to purchase it. This whole sale was done from my home via computer. What a great team they have put together at the DLR Nordic dealership. I would have given them the fifth star, but I am waiting to see if I get my CD's returned to me that I accidently left in the player when they took my trade-in vehicle.

Just shy of loving this car. It’s perfect in every way except. 1 the side mirrors sit to far back needs to be moved 6 inches forward. 2 the blis light is to small to see on the side mirrors. Of course moving the mirrors forward might solve this problem 3 give me more buttons less touch screen. A car should not be this complicated to operate. 4 in the old days you started a car and waited a minute for the oil to circulate. Now you start a car and wait a minute for the computer to figure everything out. Need more ram????? All that said. I’d buy another one.
