Viti Volvo is the best! I had the pleasure of working with sales consultant Matt Meyer, who made every step of buying a new car easy and even enjoyable. I’m an older woman and my paperwork was not in perfect shape to say the least (my registration on my trade-in car had expired!). Matt rose to the occasion and was online doing his magic to make my old car legal again, and readily proceeded with getting me discounts. While showing me my new car, he was patient and made sure I was comfortable with every part of my new Mild Hybrid XC40 SUV (and in my favorite color). I also had positive interactions with other staff, including Jason Smigel, who was a great help explaining maintenance programs. This is an excellent dealership that cares about its customers and takes pride in providing the best service possible.

Service representative was attentive to my needs. Quickly determined how to solve my key programming issue and completed all tasks in a professional manner. The comfortable and very clean lounge area with free wifi made my short wait very comfortable.

Great experience from start to finish! When we arrived Tony came right out to greet us. There was one car that we were interested in and wanted to test drive. Tony picked up on that right away and off we went! He did not waste time trying to sell us something we did not want. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We are returning home to Fort Myers, FL after evacuating from Hurricane Ian. We needed a car top carrier for all the extra supplies we know we will need. We stopped enroute. Not only did Angie reserve a carrier and rails for us, they had it installed in less than an hour and donated a shopping cart full of paper towels, cleaning supplies, sanitizer, etc. Their sensitivity and kindness will long be remembered. Great people.

Professionalism and efficiency in there delivery is not easy to find. Richard is always so attentive and make me feel quite at ease. Went in for an unusual sound coming from under the car and was told my car would not be ready the same day because they did not have the part, and due to the holidays. I was offered a loaner. The next morning I received a call that my car was ready. The part came in early, service was done and I had my car back in 24 hours. 😊

Unhappy my 2012 S60 is using oil and I have to bring to dealer for additional quart of oil every 1500 miles. I only have 92,000 miles on my car. This is not a reflection of the Service department but Volvo automaker. Likely will need to replace pistons and rings and anticipate a bill of several thousand dollars some day.

We could not be happier with the recent service we received at Alan Byer! One of our Volvos unexpectedly had an engine issue involving burnt valves and excessive carbon build-up. Roman got it in immediately and Dustin evaluated the situation and helped us obtain good-will assistance from Volvo, thereby saving us from an otherwise very costly repair! This is a perfect example of how Long term customer relationships built on loyalty and trust pays off, as we’ve always ONLY had Alan Byer service our Volvos so they have the full history of our cars. We are always happy with our service. And we have always greatly appreciated Dustin Beauchene the service manager who always goes above and beyond to help the customers. He always does a great job at keeping us updated on what is needed on our Volvos. He is not only very knowledgeable but also absolutely trustworthy to work with. Thanks to the amazing service team at Alan Byer, we have been blessed with the peace of mind whenever we leave our cars with them, knowing everything is done correctly. This is the second time I had my Volvo serviced at Gunther Coconut Creek. Although I live much closer to another Volvo dealership, my incredibly positive experience with Jordan, my service advisor, made the longer trip well worth it.
