As I have come to expect from Volvo of Cape Cod, this was once again a great customer service experience. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very helpful; The service was done as in a timely manner, as described, with attention to detail; The car was returned in excellent condition...and, there were no surprises in the final invoice! What more could one expect from a service experience?

Marty Lucas did a fantastic job. He is very professional and friendly and has a ton of product knowledge. I would highly recommend seeing Marty if you are looking to buy a vehicle. Tony Griffith handled the financing and was also wonderful to work with. The whole experience was great and another highlight is we didn't have to deal with them having added packages on the vehicles.

Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! We had a high quality experience. We received personal attention from both Derek and Trevor. Trevor was persistent in calling us to see if we had purchased a car yet. Derek finally made the sale. He did not pressure us, just gave us room to make our final decision. When we needed a slight fix to the car a few days later, the service department took care of the problem without charge. Devan was so helpful when buying my used 2024 Volkswagen Atlas!! I made an appointment to see this vehicle and when I got to the dealership, the car was ready and even the seat heater was on for me waiting!!!
