Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

My daughter bought a 2015 Kia Soul today from Jeff Wiemann at Carmax Cy Fair. 15 minutes into our visit she realized Jeff had been her salesman back in 2013 when she purchased her 'first' car! When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. RAUL GENTLY TALKED WITH BOTH DEMONTROND AND WARRANTY FROEVER REPS TO DO THE REAPIRS AT WEST HOUSTON AND HOPEFULLY HE WILL SOLVE THE ISSUE AND WE WILL RESCHEDULE WITH THEM TO DO THE REPAIRS , HE WAS VERY HELPFUL.
