They made buying a car painless. I wanted to hug the sales person, Fred and the finance person, Brandon when we were done. Yes, I just bought a used car and wanted to hug them!? They took very good care of me, both were very kind, considerate and professional.

After making an inquiry on a car online, I was setup with an appointment to meet with Jenny (sales) and we took a test drive. I've gone through the new car buying experience with salespeople a few times before but Jenny was different—she immediately gave me the impression someone genuinely kind, had patience as we reviewed the numbers, and she didn't apply the typical amount of pressure to buy now. Coming in I was pretty much set on buying this make/model and grew to know that she and Volvo Bellevue were the ones I wanted to buy through.

We worked with Brittany New when buying our Certified Pre Owned Impreza and it was an easy, stress free experience. Not only is she knowledgeable about her trade but is a very likable person who was always responsive to my questions via email or phone. She made herself available to us, although I'm sure she was juggling many "xxxxx" at any given moment that hardly seemed apparent. She made sure the process was simple for us and that we were getting what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Feeling comfortable when considering and purchasing a new car is not something I expect. My experience at Sandberg Volvo was just that - comfortable. Sales representative, Fouad Fares, greeted me when I walked into the showroom and, from that point on, it was the best car buying experience I have ever undertaken. Fouad was amiable and quick to answer any question I asked. More than anything I felt comfortable and not pressured with my decision making. Sometimes the salesman really makes all the difference in the world. I've hated car dealerships since I was a kid. So When my car was totaled by a dude paying no attention for his yield left turn, I was very unenthused to make my way to energy auto sales to look at used cars within the budget of the insurance replacement. We came looking for a sedan of similar capabilities to the car I lost but it was square peg round hole enough that even Vasco, energys sales guy picked up on it. But this is where a great salesman made all the difference in both our experience and my opinion. Vaso listened to our story, really listened, and conversed with us until he found us in a suv. If someone'd told me that I'd be leaving with an suv I'd have laughed at their absurdity. But Vasco listened, Vasco suggested, and he was right. My wife had wanted an SUV for years, but it never felt like the right time. Now she has left happy with a dream come true, I have left happier as it feels like I'm not an the exit side of this accident (that i couldn't have avoided) with a car payment for something equal or lesser to what I had already paid off prior to the accident. And all for a price and experience that took very little time and an immensely pleasurable sales experience without all the balancing on a pole and haggling like a saudi market. If I ever find myself having to purcahse a car again in the near future, I'll be coming back to energy auto. The hour drive is well worth not feeling like I'm negotiating with a coyote.
