Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

Jarod was an awesome sales rep, he really took the time to explain the model and the numerous bells and whistles on the car. Dyer had a humongous selection of vehicles and had exactly what I was looking for. The sales process was simple with NO tricks or pressure. Overall and excellent experience.

Just crossed two years and 25,000 miles. LOVE this car. The Google infotainment is well-designed and super easy to access and use. There are redundant options for navigation and I believe the instrument cluster is one of the cleanest and best I've experienced. I have the B5 AWD and acceleration and go is very quick and the car rides effortlessly. The lane keeping and lane centering and semi-autonomous driving on major roads is unobtrustive and quite pleasant. I drove six hours in a rainstorm and the car was more effective at tracking the lane markers than I was. Handling could maybe be more sporty. The 2nd row is very comfortable too. Outside of some early infotainment gremlins that first six months from the new Google system, zero issues of any kind.

Great experience. Ron Crawford provided excellent information, listened carefully to our descriptions of what we wanted, and identified a car that we are very happy to have leased. He let us know about some nice discounts we were eligible for, and overall made the process very smooth. He gave a great demo of the car?s features, etc. Mr. Olin was very pleasant and efficient putting together the leasing paperwork. All in all we are very satisfied.

I love this car! Safe, reliable and well made. No trouble in 2 years of ownership. Owned many Volvos, this is the best and most advanced yet.

My salesman, Arif Asis was wonderful,patient, and understanding-even when I bought a car, returned it two days later for a complete refund, and ended up purchasing another car elsewhere. It was an emotional experience for me in that my 2000 Lexus (which I loved) died and I could not afford to buy the same brand. When I called Asis to tell him of my decision to return the car I had purchased from him, he was very understanding. When I actually returned the car for a full refund, the customer service personnel were excellent as well. If I could have found the exact car I wanted at Carmax, I would have bought it there. I bought my Lexus from Carmax in 2005.

Highly professional , courteous and detailed , are the words that come to mind to describe her exemplorary customer service style . We initially enquired about the vehicle online and discovered it was at the Kennesaw Carmax location . She immediately requested a transfer so that within 24 hours we could conveniently test drive and finally purchase the car. She is the real deal and we can't recommend her enough . Had a great experience purchasing a used 2010 Honda Odyssey. Sales associates were helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. Sales managers and business office associates were likewise friendly and customer service oriented. We had a couple of repair issues to take care of before taking final delivery and it was all handled well. The real test came when we made use of the 5-day no-hassle return policy 2 days later after an episode of unexplained severe shaking, which destroyed our confidence. We had the same great friendly customer service on the flip side! Would definitely go there again for the sales experience - don't blame them for the car's issues.

We always appreciate a transparent and informative sales process, especially when it comes to a major purchase.

My family and I needed new vehicles and we narrowed it down to either Audi, Lexus, or Volvo. We have 2 kids so we needed something safe, comfortable, and reliable but not sacrificing luxury either. We test drove each brand and talked to their sales team. Lexus was okay. Audi did not disappoint but the car felt a little uncomfortable and outdated. Volvo, however, we were blown away! We worked with Jeana and Kevin. Each created a relaxing atmosphere that you don’t really feel with other dealerships. They treated our children well too! They had little coloring books and snacks. As far the deals they have: second to none. We feel like the price was fair and everything was explained to us, not sold to us. We had so many questions and Kevin would basically give you a straight answer. No fluff, no extra BS. Buying a car is heavy work. It takes a lot of your time and a lot of your hard earned money. If you’re going to spend money on something, make sure you spend it WITH the right people. Kevin targeted deals that fit exactly what we needed. We feel like we get the best deal out of the 3 brands because the service was top notch. Our cars are dope. Couldn’t be happier!

After a few awful experiences with other dealerships I contacted Volvo of Marietta and was connected with Tommy Fain. From the introduction Tommy was great. He listened to my frustrations and showed compassion. Tommy was very helpful throughout the entire process. He communicated efficiently and it never felt transactional. Within 48hrs I had my vehicle. We recently purchased a trade-in SUV (Jeep Cherokee) at North Point Volvo with the assistance of Anthony Jones. There are numerous questionable dealers with questionable autos around Atlanta. We were about to quit looking for the day, but stopped by North Point Volvo as it was on the way home. So glad we did! We found a beautiful Volvo for our daughter at a reasonable price. Louis was our salesperson and took his time to show us the xc60 and highlight the safety features that makes Volvo unique. Was also willing to show us exactly what work had been completed, as it was used, a run down of the carfax report, and even helped my daughter setup her hands free driving before we left. Beautiful dealership, quality cars, and great service. I would go back!

I love Volvo, but I have to confess, I hate dealing with car dealerships. That was not the case working with Ashley and her team. When my 2014 S60 T5 reached its seven-year CPO warranty limit, I felt it was time to shop for a new one. I was interested in getting a recharge version, but none of the dealers in the area had one except for Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. They had one that was exactly what I was looking for - as a demo car. I loved the car but was concerned that because it was used for demo, it had almost 5,000 miles on it. Ashley, and the team at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia, solved it by giving me the best of both worlds - the car was sold as new (has not been titled yet), and I would receive the CPO warranty on it. With just a little work on the trade-in value, we had a deal! I also bought the prepaid maintenance plan (a great value-add). Ashley, Justin, and Alexis worked to get everything ready before I came to the dealership, so the whole process was quick and painless. Ashley also spent quite some time walking me through the system controls in the new car (quite extensive). This was probably the best car buying experience I had. It met and even exceeded my expectations from both Volvo and Jim Ellis. I know I will be back there in about 5-10 years, when I might be looking to get a new Volvo.
